Self awareness training brought to you through a curricullum of situational awareness, intuition training, and Krav Maga. One on one strength training from a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Strong First certified instructor. Anne Kirk is the Director of Women's Self Protection for Krav Maga Universal.

She has pioneered a Women's Self Protection program teaching women of all ages how to rely on their own attributes to keep themselves safe. Anne is a certified Krav Maga instructor with Krav Maga Universal and a graduate of Wingate Institutes Krav Maga program in Israel.
Services
Self protection begins long before we are faced with personal self defense. Training your awareness, taking the time to listen to your intuition, and deciding how you will act with that knowledge is SELF PROTECTION! You can win every fight you avoid! Be present in your life, take steps toward being in charge of what you allow within your boundaries, and identify inappropriate behaviors.
Anne earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2010. Prior to being a physical therapist Anne earned her B.S in liberal arts as a Dance major from Goucher College. Anne has enjoyed movement throughout her entire life. Anne recently became certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and uses it to diagnose movement dysfunction as well as plan return to function.
Anne is a certified Level 1 Strong First Kettlebell Instructor. She provides personalized one on one strength and mobility fitness training using principles of functional movement. Principle Movement provides Individualized personal training with a plan to reach your goals, as well as group classes.
