We worked with Sandy On our rental and she was very rude. Lied to us multiple times about their pet policy, about the home we lived in and about transactions. She was very unprofessional throughout the entire lease and was hard to get an answer from. One example of this is our rental property had a thermostat with heat and cooling, we were told we have AC. Summer came and the AC was blowing hot air so we made a maintenance request. After having a maintenance person come out MULTIPLE times we found out we in fact do not have AC. I've lived on Ohio street for years...my roommate has been on the lease for 10 years. If anyone has the ability to give a review for AMI Properties its us. I've never once had an issue. We are the type of Tennant's that tend to figure things out on our own and don't call in much but there are times when things happen and need to be addressed. Every single time something happens they get on it right away. I've never sat and wondered why something isn't being done. Every time I call in they are all very kind with me and very professional. Whether it is Sandy or Zac or literally anyone they treat

Horrible management company, Steve conveniently couldn't make it to our walk-through. So we left in good faith, after being tenants for two years, never being late on a payment and taking care of the property as if it were our own.
We even helped get our friends approved for the place after we left, leaving them with no vacancy loss. They took full advantage of us when we left. Even after we spent 5 hours cleaning they charged us for full cleaning on the entire unit. Additionally, they even charged us for "light-bulb" replacement. Really?

I requested a walk through before I moved out. Steve Fink came over and walked through with me. He never made any comment, so I assumed the property was OK. Three weeks after I moved out, I got some of my deposit back, short by $400. Money was taken to clean, even though it was already clean. And they charged me for weeding the hill that was beyond the fence. I was never told weeding the hill was my responsibility, and it was full of weeds when I moved in. I was also charged for shampooing the carpet, even though I had already steam cleaned it.
