Very great company to do business with. Everyone I had the chance to interact with was warm and friendly. Had to move out to due personal circumstances, but would have loved to rent from them for longer. They made everything easy. My property manager Pedro was a very kind and pleasant person, I wish more people could be like him.

Alex, Tyson and the staff have been professional and easy to work with. They have responded promptly to any concerns we have had. The paperwork was easy to understand. The contract was straight forward. We had interviewed several property managers before we chose Comana and some of the other contracts were so complicated we had to ask an attorney to help review them. We were never surprised with any hidden fees. I can easily recommend Comana.

One of the great assets at the Comana Company is Barbara Rodriguez, who has been my dedicated contact there in the 3 years I have entrusted my house to their management. After all the delayed maintenance was done and the house ready to rent, Barbara handled everything: Screening of renters, negotiations between the renters and myself and other Comana staff, and renegotiating rental extensions. What I appreciate most is the tranquility she brought to everything, communicating both tenant and owner requests rapidly and getting answers, arranging for vehicles to be parked off the street when the private

I rented an apartment from this company in El Cajon. The management was always very responsive and understanding when something happened. The grounds were always kept clean and they even added a security gate to our parking lot and didn't change the rent! I look forward to renting with this company again!

We had Comana Company managing our property for almost 3 years and they have been great. The owner, Alex Comana, was easy to talk to since we started and was able to address all the concerns that we needed for the house to be rented out. It only took them 1 month to find a renter and they were able to screen the applications well to make sure the house will be taken care of. The house was rented in a fair market value. Tyson Boyer, the maintenance person communicates well the issues in regards to the house. Being in another state, he makes it easy to resolve issues and to make sure the renters

I don't even know where to begin! I have lived in my current place for the past 7 years. Out of the 7 years, the Comana Company has managed the building for the past 5 years-specifically our property manager Clint! I have lived in different states and have dealt with different property management companies and I can say, by far, this has been the best property management company I have ever dealt with. They actually care about their tenants and the living conditions of the properties that they manage. Any maintenance issues that are submitted through their portal are completed in a timely manner
