Josh and his group were incredible to work with! Our family was so grateful for past three years of living in their rental property. Finding and renting the property was a simple process and their team took care of us throughout our entire time in the home. They made themselves very available by text and call, handled any requests we had quickly and when it came to move out, made the process clear and simple! Josh was always quick to ensure our property was rented with VERY little gaps between tenants. He handled everything from minor repairs to larger tasks. We live out of state and fully trusted Josh to manage our property without any concern. He also sold our house in less than 30 days! We are extremely grateful for the service Josh provided in the many years we worked with him as our property manager and realtor. I HIGHLY recommend JD Property Management!

Let’s see where to start? The electrical was out in half of the kitchen for over nine months and they did nothing about it. The large trashcan waste management was to pick up every week was so destroyed waste management ended up taking it. When you went to them with a problem they just put it on the back burner save your money and go somewhere else for a property management these guys are not concerned about you only themselves. Joshua is sure fast to respond when he wants something but takes his time responding back to you when you have a problem or a question. The absolute worst experience

If you are reading this, it is in response to GUY VANA & EMMA VANA, their review couldn't be anymore more inaccurate. That was my house you were renting, so I will take the time to correct your lies. With the electrical we tried MULTIPLE times to fix, which, according to you we couldn't come in due to your concerns with Covid. I paid multiple electricians when we lived their, before we tried to rent it, and again before you wonderful folks moved in, I have the receipts. In regards to the "roof collapsing" (t was a small section

Josh, Mike and the team are kind, thoughtful and responsive people. Every time we reached out with any issues at the house, they got back to us right away and coordinated with their handyman to come over at a time that worked well for me. I really liked all the companies they worked with and the people that came to the house - everyone was kind and pleasant to work with. They were always helpful, gave wiggle room when we needed it, and were just down to earth, nice people.

This is long overdue....Rented out a detached unit with these "guys" as property managers a few years ago. After the gas heater was deemed unsafe by SdGE and another independent source. I ended up braking my lease, as it was inhabitable bc upon inspection it was neother fixed or replaced within adequate time. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY OF THEIR UNITS, SLUM LORDS REST IN PEACE.
