Make sure you read all the reviews about this apartment. The apartments need an interior update and the corridors need to be cleaned, not just once a year. The worst place to live, EVER. I suffered for a whole year.

It was a so so experience had a few problems office manegment was friendly but they would never pick up phone calls during office hours and not even get back to you when you leave a message so it was hard to get a hold of them, maintenance guys were friendly though

Kathy is amazing, understanding and very much an asset to this property. I am not a renter, however I stopped in to inquire about an apartment for me and my family. She was attentive, listened to my situation(I have a 7 year old eviction on my record that hasn't been taken care of, but that's another story) and tried to find out if there was anything that could be done. She was very up front about the eviction being an automatic disqualifier however she said she would bring it up to the apartment manager.
This was rent weekend so, understandably, they were busy through the weekend and so I followed

CAREFUL! BAIT & SWITCH!!
A couple months ago my boyfriend and I viewed one of their “show” apartments. We were told we would be getting a ground floor one and that it looked the same, same layout but it had hardwood floors. She told us the apartment was beautiful, and cost a little more because it had a pool view. So we put down money to reserve this “beautiful” apartment, and for an entire month we waiting for it to be “ready” and I asked 3 times if I could go in and look, and she said “no it’s being worked on”. She made us sign the lease before seeing it, and once we did, we

Average apt, amenities restricted. :/
The actual apartment is your average run of the mill apartment. No complaints, maintenance is super nice and accommodating. Neighbours are decent.
Playground for children unsafe and falling apart. Parking sucks. And the gym is NEVER OPEN. It's never unlocked for tenants. Why am I paying extra to have those if I can't ever get in? Why is the deadbolt ALWAYS locked? I've gone down at least 15 times, and can't get in. I know my key works, because I've been able to use it before. Usually the week after I complain. But then it goes right back to being dead bolted

The outdoors scenery is very nice. The office decor is good. The apartments have one or two problems but nothing the maintenance can't solve

Parking is bad, you get one assigned spot that is randomly sized, carports are $50 and have a waiting list and garages are $100. Our assigned spot is really small, not in front of our own building, and the "guest" parking is always in use by the same residents with no reprisal from management. Not uncommon to get home after being gone a few days and have someone in your spot Otherwise it's pretty quiet for an apartment complex. Buildings do show their age, and management is somewhat responsive to maintenance requests. Overall I'd say it's a typical apartment complex from the 80's. Google Street

Poor to fair seems about right. Landscapers wake me up every Monday. The complex needs a paint job. The mirrors needs to be replaced. The counters and back splash need to be touched up. Other than that it's not so bad.
