Beacon place has truly been a great place to call home for almost 2 years. This complex feels less like an apartment and more like a small neighborhood. Each unit has an outdoor seating area that residents set up with seating areas and outdoor cooking spaces. The garages are very large and must have been designed with the idea to store additional belongings and keep a car in. The management team has always been courteous, respectful, friendly and very accommodating while I have been working off hours to resolve any maintenance on my unit. Really nothing more you can ask for out of an apartment complex. Wonderful amenities that are always kept in great condition (Coffee lounge, gyms, office room, dog park) and very friendly office staff. The apartments themselves are still brand new and come with wonderful stainless steel appliances. Highly recommend!

Great community lifestyle. Developers could have put more thought into the setup however you can't blame the management team for something they couldn't control. They do a pretty great job at managing the day-to-day occurrences.
Pretty easy application process. No deposit required; just a cleaning fee for when you move out. Pet fee is $250 down + $25/month. Water & sewer $30/month.
The community center houses the fitness/yoga studio and business center which are open 24/7, and the pool 8am-10pm. Exterior mail center and garbage compactor conveniently centered off on their own with shared parking

Beacon Place is thee most phenomenal apartment complex there is. The community is clean, quiet, and very friendly. The staff is the absolute nicest and helpful staff I have ever come across. Asia, Samantha, & Skyler are the greatest. They’re always there, do anything to help, and are unbeatable with their promptness. Also, if you didn’t know, Beacon Place has garages for EVERY apartment and they’re a one story complex, you’ll never have to worry about hearing stomping all night. If you’re looking for perfect, 41 Cohen Walker Drive is it. P.S. try the Starbucks machine!

Gorgeous! And when they say luxury living apartments that's what you're paying for a little little apartment with a garage that can be great storage space or a driving garage and the model apartment is a two bedroom too bad and it is gorgeous. They all come with washer and dryers all the appliances are silver marble countertops and that beautiful gray laminate wood flooring. They go from a thousand to 1200 that's for one to two bedrooms that's all they have. My hopes are dashed to the price. No deposit just a $400 non-refundable cleaning fee. There are four right now but she said she should have

I love living here at Beacon Place. The entire office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to make sure everything is right. I feel like I am living in a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. All of my neighbors have been friendly and I have some new friends in my life now. The apartments are very nice! I plan on this being my home for a good while.

I moved in about a month ago & I love this apartment! Two of us live in the one bed one bath apartment & there is plenty of room! The apartments are so spacious. Since I moved in, they have not stopped renovating and making this community the best it can be. The staff is so nice, and the maintenance is so helpful. We are so fortunate to get to be a part of this complex. We love it here!

I am so excited about my choice moving here. I came here straight from college, this has given me a place I can call home. This complex gives me so much joy and love. If I need anything their there as soon as possible, In and out. As I show it off to others I always here "This looks just like the Tyler Perry studios" I'm like yes I know we are living rich over here! Welcome to my HOME!
