4 stars? How? Where? Man these apartments need a wrecking ball through them. They are infested with roaches underneath. It does not matter how many cans of Raid you use, you will never get rid of the roaches. It also doesn’t matter how clean you are. Roach patrol at your service! There are also SEVERAL child molesters in that neighborhood. If you’re thinking of moving here with a family, don’t. Pay the extra money and move off 96.
