Sandpiper Apartments

Ants kept getting inside our cars, even tried to spray our cars to get them out and they kept coming back. Very bad roach infestation. They tell people to leave trash bags outside their apartment door all day...it wouldn't be a problem if only they are more consistent in getting the trash taken out but the trash guy only comes once a day and around 7 or 8 at night. So that's probably why there's a roach issue. Also they don't take care of the environment. They hurry up and are quick to move you in but BEWARE THEY DO NOT CLEAN the room before you move in. Be careful with this company. They use a third party service that will lie to you. I spoke with a representative that informed me 2 units were available, a single bed and a 2 bed and scheduled me an appointment on the next day . The person had me go online to fill the application and pay the fee to guarantee the room. Even the application site showed the 2 apartments available. I showed up at the apartment office to receive a surprised look on the persons face that I was even there. This is when I was informed there were no availability and it would be up to 3 months before anything would be available

Phillis has been very welcoming. She represents the complex in a professional manner and is top notch

The front office staff are wonderful and the amenities are nice. They also do some small events now and then which is cool.
The apartments themselves are really run down and I had multiple things break in the apartment (shower curtain rod, hot & cold shower knobs, closet door). When we first got the move in date we were told that we had to wait 2 weeks for them to clean it but on move in day the floors were filthy and the oven was gross inside. We had a horrible ant infestation in the last month or two we lived there and roaches even when spraying our own insecticides on top of the monthly scheduled

I can’t say enough about how great and easy Ms.Phillis and the Sandpiper leasing office has made this transition. They were always prompt and accessible from the first call till the moving day. I appreciate their customer service and I’m looking forward to enjoy my new home. I recommend this place if you looking for a home in the Warner Robins area.

I love it here! It's a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The staff in the leasing office and maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Phyllis is the BEST!! She made sure I moved in with no complications. She a very nice woman. I give Sandpiper 5 stars:)

The Staff at Sandpiper is so friendly and outgoing, always willing to help in any way they can. And the Management company is one of the best I have ever seen. This community and management company truly do exceed all expectations when looking for or living in an apartment community. And with all the amenities that Sandpiper offers it really is a perfect place to call home, Just look at all that outdoor space to enjoy.

This is the worst place to live. I would not recommend anyone live here. These apartments are way too high for the condition of them. Do not get me started on the staff. I try to avoid speaking to them unless I really have to. They’re rude, condescending & unprofessional. The maintenance men are even more rude. They take their time with work orders. I’m now waiting on a request I placed 2 months ago. I completely understand that COVID is putting a delay on things but there is absolutely NO communication unless the tenant reaches out. Staff is great! I love feeding the ducks off my back porch. Plenty of playground space for kids to go run off their energy. The lake is awesome. I saw some beavers frolicking about. It's is truly a well established wildlife area. Has a car wash, laundry on site, and awesome pool. Very safe gated community. Love my home!
