I wish I could give ONE star! Will not fix anything...only one bathroom in a two bathroom apartment is usable. Poorly managed...poor communication...how the grounds are maintained should have been our first clue!
All of us should get together with our photos and maintenance request time lines and proceed legally. The excuses are endless and the "higher ups" will not follow up or follow through.
LEGAL ACTION is the only way to deal with the owners of this property!

They will not fix anything that breaks. The Amenities is never working such as the pool. Trash problem which you pay for don’t does noe Exist. The gym is always close. The apartments should delect luxury from their name. Management do not care about the tenants safety or value their tenants.

Update; only because they fixed it after move in.
Once I came in after receiving my keys our back door was wide open and no one here. The back door is still messed up even though they knew we were moving in. The lady in the front seemed like she didn't care at all. A little compassion and caring for your job goes a long way. Now we have to deal with pests and probably have to pay for it.

Moved in November of 2018, turned over keys today. Centrally located in Warner Robins, walking distance to almost anything you need. Pricing was better than my last two bedroom in the area. Maintenance staff was great, normally took care of things within 48 hrs, and for the after hours calls they always responded within 15-20 minutes. Office staff was great, always very friendly and professional, responded to everything very quickly. Well kept grounds, very quiet, great neighbors. Nice walking route that circles the complex and surrounding area. NEVER had a bug or rodent problem, a first for me

I have just signed my third lease at Galleria Apartments. I have never been treated better. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. I have never had any issues. The grounds are very well kept and service calls are answered quickly and professionally. I have been very happy with my time here. It’s like coming home♥️

Have been living here for months now, and it's been a great experience. Had a few issues that needed to be resolved after moving in, but the staff were very helpful and fixed everything quickly. If you're looking for a well-managed apartment complex in the heart of Warner Robins, this is a good choice.
