Lady knocked me out in the gym still dont know why head lowkey kinda hurt

This place welcomes you the first time you move in, but they don't do well pest control. Apt 607 had a cockroach nest on the dinning room ceiling that I wonder why there are many cockroach that I never killed them all. It was scary, I spray pesticide, more than 20 cockroaches come out at once. I have to stay in a hotel for almost a month, as they take almost 4 weeks to root out the cockroaches. The time I move out, they give you >$500 bill. This place is not recommended.

We lived here for 2 years, and Cece was always helpful! Maintenance was quick to respond whenever an issue arose, which wasn't frequently. Spacious rooms and closets!

My wife and I spent two years living here and what we got was a spacious, comfortable living space that’s close to Watson Blvd, the Air Force base, and I-75. Management, specifically Cecilia, was amazing to work with and helped us every step of the way from signing our lease, getting ourselves acclimated, to our overall departure when we decided to move North. Maintenance is available at all times for emergencies and is extremely timely during normal hours for maintenance requests. Had a Great experience at Bradford Place Apartments. Apartment location was perfect. Lived there almost two years. If there was a problem with something in the apartment it was taken care of promptly by maintenance. The office personnel were excellent and available when needed. I ould recommend Bradford Place Apartments to anyone.

Bradford Place has been an awesome experience. I am a traveling nurse and the service I received has been impeccable! The initial process was great and they accommodated me far beyond my expectations! Thank you to the wonderful staff that made this move possible😊

This apartment was by far my favorite in Warner Robins. Management was friendly, helpful, understanding, and MORE from beginning to end. Maintenance always responsive , GREAT pest control, huge apartments, quiet neighborhood, the list goes on and on . The only reason I am moving is because of budget. Thank you Bradford for a GREAT living experience. I will truly miss living here . :)

I lived here for a year. It was honestly such a great experience. Obviously everything wasn't perfect, but the office would assist promptly whenever an issue did occur. There were occasions when certain lights blew and they came to rectify the situation immediately. Due to the fact that I lived closer to the wooded area, a few times I spotted a bug in the apartment. I filed a work order and pest control was onsite next day. The pool and playground area was always clean! The office staff is great (esp. CiCi)! No complaints; I would still be there if I didn't transfer hrs. away for work!! Very peaceful

Great place to live! Management is amazing and they communicate well & handle things promptly when issues do occur. Great complex and If anyone is looking for somewhere to rent, I would definitely advise them to check Bradford Place first!

They have a racist maintenance man. Who upon seeing Black people exercise their right to bear arms, threatened to hurt them for doing so. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere that supports this racist or would allow him into my home. 🤢

My unit was already infested with bed bug when I moved in. I moved in with brand new furniture and brand new items but I was bitten by bed bugs since day one. I also found a bed bug since day one. I talked to the office then they sent pest control. I was later charged $320. They like to point fingers with excuses. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Financially, I don't feel safe anymore because hey can just charge anyone first then accuse you for the charge even when it's not your fault. Burglaries are quite common here too. My neighbor below me got burglarized plus several others

Obviously your public reply is to save face because you all sure haven't been trying to help us. My family nor my neighbors. Educate your on site staff on professionalism, hospitality and customer service. Fumigated your rat and roach infested apartments. Honesty is the best policy. Don't steal from the apartments and protect your staff when they are clearly wrong. Listen! Learn to listen to people BEFORE they choose to speak up against your business on social media. It's my duty to let them know and not be deceived because people work very hard for their possessions and to keep
