Dealing with Mark and Antonio was an awesome experience . I needed to rent equipment I tried renting directly , from the local companies and I kept getting the run around also one particular agency wanted to change my rental agreement to increase the agreed amount because the piece of equipment had to come from a different location . The Big Rentz company will continue to get my business a huge thanks to them

Do not do business with these people. I got a quote from them and then I went to a local company and got a quote. It turns out that Bigrentz was actually going to get the equipment from the local company I was getting the quote from. The difference? Here’s the breakdown from the local company:
575 rental fee
15 percent damage insurance
120 for delivery and pickup
If the machine broke the local company would come out and fix it
And Bigrentz?
700 rental fee
105 damage insurance
39 environmental waste fee
480(!) delivery and pickup.
If the machine broke, I’d have to call Bigrentz who

We were trying to figure out how to get the lift we needed out to our rural property. We stumbled on Big Rentz' website, gave them a call, and in less than 24 hours the lift was delivered, it was practically new, and was exactly what we needed. We'll definitely rent again because it took the guesswork out of locating equipment, figuring out hauling or delivery, etc.

So they are not a local rental agency. They rent from local guys and those companies are responsible for the equipment, pickup and delivery. That is important, particularly when the equipment you rent fails. I learned this the hard way. I put in a service call before 3pm and am still waiting for service. Currently it's been 23hrs. What will they do to compensate me for my time? We will see. I will update after this rental is over. So far I feel like I've been dubbed into thinking I was dealing with a local company. Their caller ID says there from the town next to mine and a different name then

This company delivered the lift to the wrong building. I had to drive it from one building to the other in turtle mode which took 3-4 hours. Once I got it there we realized it was the wrong size. I called it in and they said they would fix the problem. They brought the right lift and all was good. I find out later they charged me 1000.00 for the first one and 1500.00 for the 32' which they never said it was going to be 500.00 more. I called customer support and they were rude and did not care about my problem. It took them 3 weeks to refund the first delivery and they shorted me 400.00. I called

We selected BigRentz due to the attractive price on the large piece of equipment we needed. I set of the delivery and confirmed it with the sales person. My workers were at the jobsite a little early. However, the delivery never came. I called BigRentz and asked why the delivery was late. I was told, in a very condecending tone that my delivery was scheduled for the next morning!
I gave them the information I was given and they stated that the email they sent for confirmation had the next day delivery. Strange, but I never got the email, until the next day!
I am in the service business and we

DO NOT COUNT ON THEM!!! Rented a forklift, review all the details with the sales rep over the phone, paid, signed the contract...one day before delivery they called and said they didn’t have the equipment I rented available. They offered me another forklift which would cost a lot more and would require me to get my own insurance, which they know it’s impossible to get a insurance with a broker one day before. I will never rent with them again or recommend to anyone. If you work in construction you know how important it is to make sure everything is in time. I wish I had read these reviews before

I have been using BigRentz for our projects nationwide over the past two years and they have done an exceptional job getting equipment on-site in a timely fashion. The rates are more than fair considering the time that they save me that I can use towards other tasks. The staff that is in place is professional and they always make sure everything is working properly and my account is in good standings. They are easy to reach, have an excellent customer service department, and should be your go to company for all of your rental needs wherever it may be inside the United States. I appreciate all that

My equipment delivery was 2.5 hours late so I called, was told I would get a call back with an ETA but didn't. Called again same thing happened. Called again this time getting very annoyed, they eventually called back (4 hours past the original delivery time) and told me the company that was supposed to deliver my equipment cant and so now I cant get what I ordered and paid for in advance. "Maybe they can bring it out tomorrow." "No. I ordered it for today. Because the job is today... 5 hours ago actually" They attempted to find a replacement piece of equipment and failed so I had to pay an extra

UPDATE: BigRentz contacted me and refunded me a total of $350. I appreciated the refund and apology that I received. It is nice to see a company stand behind their products/services by admitting fault and working to resolve it.

I contacted BigRentz on February 26 because I had a hot tub at ground level in my backyard that I needed to lift on to a newly constructed deck 7 to 8 feet off of the ground. I explained that this was taking place on grass on a slope in my back yard. After several conversations, I was assured that I was renting a forklift capable of driving on turf. The
