I had an excellent experience renting from Bruce Storm. Marci was always quick to answer questions and goes above and beyond for the tenants. Eddie is extremely friendly and fast with any maintenance issues I had. The property was very nice in a great location for a fair price. If I were staying another year I would definitely recommend renting with Bruce Storm.

I lived in a wonderful apartment in Bloomington for four years that I rented from Bruce Storm Real Estate. Marci Bowlen—the property manager—was professional, attentive, responsive, and accommodating. My apartment was well maintained and Marci was quick to fix any problems I had. I would highly recommend renting from Marci and Bruce Storm Real Estate.

Poor customer service. They were always extremely disorganized and acted visibly annoyed whenever approached with a question. Consistently ignored me via phone and email, so I had to physically go to the office to speak with them in person whenever I needed them to respond to me. I would not recommend anyone finds housing through Bruce Storm
