For all rental related issues and maintenance requests, please use your Appfolio tenant portal to communicate with us. You may also submit a form to us through the "Contact Us" section below. Our cell phone number (text or calls) is not the primary means of communication. Once a request is sent, myself and/or our employees will still handle all issues and questions in the same timely manner.
It often takes an agent 6 - 12 months (possibly more) to sell a house. Before they list, you're expected to make repairs. While it's being shown you're expected to keep the property clean and spotless, so the agent can bring random strangers in to your home at any time, short notice. When you get an offer, you wait for financing to be approved.

Cream & Crimson Management and ALF, LLC are dishonest companies. They have no problem lying to tenants, dishonoring contracts, and threatening legal action to extract as much money as possible.
Cream & Crimson bought my apartment complex from its previous owner in April 2021. Months before the sale, the previous owner had us sign 2021-2022 lease agreements, set to begin in August 2021, which would essentially keep our rent rates in place. Cream & Crimson promised our previous landlord during the transaction that they would honor the new leases, and right after the transaction they told the tenants

Rented from C&C Properties for over two years and had nothing but a positive experience with them. They have an abundant number of properties available (if you get to them before the students do) and they were always in great condition upon move in. They’re very responsive and their maintenance team (shoutout to Tom especially) always ensures that any major problems are addressed by the next day. Pricing is competitive and very affordable for most locations. The C&C team is extremely flexible and very tenant-oriented. Would definitely rent a property from them again if I were in the area.

I wanted to give them 5 stars because I liked the apartment and Josh. However, the office isn't helpful towards new tenant and lacking of curtsy.
I was just asking the office to take my apartment key for my subleaser to come to their office and pick the key up, how hard is that? This is a apartment key which matters so much to home security. I'm leaving the U.S next morning at 6am and I don't want to miss handle the key or let it fall in to someone who's not suppose to have it. I thought the office would be the most trustworthy one on keeping

This is a company of greedy, crooks. Do not rent from them. Do not use Airbnb from them. They cannot be trusted. Reserved The Porch for graduation weekend and then a week later after confirmation, they decided they wanted 250.00 MORE a night for the rental. I offered to split the difference, as we really wanted it for my sons graduation, but they cancelled the reservation instead. Now we are stuck trying to find a place again. Despicable behavior, and very disappointing.

I lived in Cream and Crimson’s most recognizable rental for my 2018/19 school year: the red house with the candy striped roof shown on the front page of the website. We knew when we signed the lease in October 2017 that the house wasn’t perfect but we were determined to have a great year. We paid reasonably priced rent because we were females and the landlord said that would we take better care of the house than the frat boys that had been there before.
But let me break it down for you, this house was falling apart. Unfortunately most Bloomington rentals are, this place had...warped floor
