Terrible place to live, terrible company, staff doesn’t know what they are talking about, new staff every other week, my car got stolen literally in front of my door and the cameras they do have are such bad quality they couldn’t help me, the washers and dryers barely work in most sections, people will throw your clothes on the ground if they are in a hurry, there are groups of bums that chill behind the dumpsters, plus a 900 dollar deposit that’s basically gone the moment you give it to them, I had no damage whatsoever and cleaned it constantly just to get back 11.50 LITERALLY AS A CHECK

I haven't even moved into this place yet, and I am already extremely disappointed with the management's total lack of professionalism. They told me and my husband that we can move in on a certain date in the middle of the month, and when that date comes along my husband calls, he asks them what time we can move in and they say that the unit is not ready until the next day. They did not even bother to contact us beforehand to let us know that our move in date would change. Although we asked management for an opportunity to see the unit, we haven't even been able to see our unit or any unit for that

Sunburst Apartments! The first thing I can sit here and say is that I'm giving them three stars. The apartments are beautiful and secure. The landscaping is 5 stars!
But here are the reasons why I'm giving them the 3 stars. Honestly, when the gates messes up we cannot go in or out depending on which gate is broken.
They do not like fixing certain people Apartments! Managers doesn't answer phone calls to certain people. I have proof because they refuse to answer mines.
The managers doesn't want to hear complaints about anything and yet they will gossip about you to other

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I honestly hope they close this place down. Management is TERRIBLE. They charge you up the butt fees for everything, but the moment you ask for your unit to be worked on they get a person to come look at the issue and then tell you, "we'll have management decide on this." My kitchen floors were sinking, flooded with carpenters ants. The laundromat was always busted and they never fixed it.. They just upt the price a quarter each time. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and poor service. I submitted an application in June 2018. The application was NOT processed and the company has failed to refund the money I paid for the application fee. I've been calling for 4 months and have spoken to multiple staff members. I've also left messages and received no return call. In addition I've left numerous messages for the property management company and received no call in return as well. I would give a 0 for poor service, but that's not optional.

In the last 5 years the management has changed 4 times. Now that a property management company owns the complex, the office staff changes every 6 months or so. It makes it complicated when creating a report with the staff, and also when it comes to issues within your unit. You have to continuously explain the backstory to the situation in order for them to understand where you're coming from. Their move-out process is tedious. I left early August, and still haven't received finalized documentation regarding my deposit, according to GSF properties, they aren't required to issue your deposit within

The only other review is a 5 star from someone who hasn't even lived here. It doesn't reflect these apartments. They expect you to do things like prepare your apartment for fumigation within three days while putting your life on hold to do it under threat of eviction. Three times they fumigated and I don't even know why! I've never even seen ants at my place so I don't know, something must be going on in the complex. I Also, I don't know if all the units have the super ridiculously loud AC units but I can't sleep in the summer because they're so loud, they
