Heather has 26 years of experience in geology, environmental science, and inspection of commercial/industrial facilities. She specializes in issues associated with basement moisture, soils, groundwater, and environmental considerations. Paul has over 27 years of real estate/construction/contracting experience.
Understanding the condition of a property is a multi-faceted approach. There are many inspections and tests that can be done. The standard home inspection is the starting point in evaluating a property. It is just one piece of the pie. The purpose of a standard home inspection is to provide a general assessment of the primary parts of the home (structure, roof, attic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

Thus level of professionalism is hard to find. Our inspector Cody was quick, thorough, and informative. He was personable and respectful and never shyed away from answering a question and quickly offered advice on correcting findings. He didn't waste time and found more in 2 hours then I found on my multiple trips to that house. I can not recommend enough.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Paul (during our home-purchase inspection in Sep-2018) and Heather (during our "9-month warranty" inspection in Sep-2019). Their working method, attention to detail has been excellent. They have recently upgraded their equipment to include a thermal camera that reveals some otherwise hidden details of the duct/wall temperature distributions. They were also very understanding of our short time constraint in setting up an appointment. I would highly recommend their services for home inspection.

I can’t express how thankful I am for the professional services from FOXX. We just had our inspection done this Tuesday morning 9am. Paul was our main inspector and Heather came by to set up radon test. My friend used their service not long ago and highly recommended them so I decided to go with them as well. Foxx Home Inspections did a great job inspecting my new construction home at both the pre-drywall and final walkthrough stages.
