Lou is not only a great inspector but his enthusiasm, charisma and great attitude is amazing. He looked at every detail in our future home to make sure that everything works appropriately. This is my second home purchase. This home purchase is special to me and my family as it will hopefully become our forever home. We went with Lou because our initial home inspector had to cancel due to an unforeseen death. We were nervous as with a home purchase time is precious and having to find another inspector that would be available at the scheduled time we previously arranged with the sellers was not likely. Lourenco is very detailed oriented, dedicated, and passionate about his work. He took more than 3h to inspect my house, showed and explained various issues.
