Radon enters a home via openings at the ground such as cracks in the foundation and sump pits. Radon is found at varying levels in homes throughout New Jersey and it may be a problem in your home.

If you are looking for an inspector who is thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and enthusiastic about his work, Terry is your guy. You will be encouraged by the time and effort he and his colleagues invest in reviewing the property, the maintenance tips (if you're a first-time buyer) offered along the way, and the work they put in to ensure the home is checked from top to bottom. And you will be given a detailed, lengthy report that is as nuanced as it is clear and easy to read and use. Highly recommended

I'll make this short and straightforward. Terry was professional, friendly, detailed, and knowledgeable; all rolled into one. Terry found issues for us and took the time to explain things so we would understand the problems, and he did it with a friendly demeanor. Please take my word for it. My experience working with Terry and HomeSafe Inspections was absolutely amazing from start to finish! From getting a quote, to booking the inspection, to Terry inspecting every inch of our future home, it was a flawless experience. Upon completing his inspection, Terry then worked his way back through every inch of the house with me to show me everything I need to know about the home and future maintenance. Even afterwards, I had a few questions about the report and some things I forgot to ask and was able to call Terry on his cell phone and he was more than helpful.

Terry was amazing! My fiance and I are buying our first home and Terry came highly recommended. He was easy to schedule with, arrived on time, and conducted an extremely thorough home inspection. He even walked us through every room and outside the home to point out everything he found and then explained what needed to be done or should be done for an optimal experience in easy, relatable terms. Terry was great from the minute we called him to get a quote through the inspection and we even had him do a re-inspection because we were concerned there were a few things the sellers weren't going to address. He gave a very fair price and walked us through not only inspection concerns, but advice on how to maintain the house in the future. I feel I may have followed up with too many questions after the inspection but he was very responsive and eager to help with recommendations even after his work was done.
