If I could give it no stars I would. They should review and investigate the manager Nicole. She chooses who to pick as her favorite tenants and allows them to do as they please while harassing the rest and falsifying reports on tenants. Horrible management skills, unprofessional, and needs education in customer services.

What a nice place to live! I lived here for a year in 2017 and moved to Norwalk to be closer to my job. Last year I moved to Milford and it was a nightmare. Now being back at the Grand Reserve Orange has been a pleasant experience. Although it is not the same team, I see that the quality remains the same. I remember April being super helpful and kind, today Nicole has also done an excellent job making us feel welcome. E-mails are answered promptly, and the lease was signed smoothly and fast.
I still don't personally know the maintenance team, but I would like to thank them for making my apartment

I was a resident of G.R.O. for 6 years! I was there from 2012-2018!
Such a great place! There was some turnover in Property Managers, but all of them up to April, were professional, warm, and welcoming! Any concerns were taken care of, and the Property was clean and safe! Kudos to G.R.O.! My only issue was during the time of my moveout! I had given 60 day notice as required, and for some reason the management did not receive it! I called and was advised to resend the email and all will be well. Only to find out that my security deposit was not returned in its entirety! The reason was because my

I went for a tour at this property and it was amazing. The leasing agent Candese was AMAZING! she is very knowledgeable and seems to run the property alone and does a pretty good job from my observation. I cannot wait to move into my new apartment 😁 the property is beautiful also. I will certainly be referring this property to other people!

I wish I could rate zero because my family’s moving in experience was so bad and terrible because of the awful management team. Firstly we had a virtual tour in July because of the COVID-19. That was Okay. The lady (gone now) was nice and said the carpet in the apartment will be replaced soon also it will be cleaned completely. Then the management team changed. We contacted with a new person named Nichole and signed the Leasing contract via emails in the beginning of August. We were planning to move in on 22th August. Love it here!!! The grounds are so clean. Pool, Gym and common area are beautiful and well maintained. The residents are friendly and quiet. The Maintenance crew is so responsive and gets the request done in a quick fashion. The staff is awesome. April and Mike are so professional and make a great team! We love it here, and are happy to be a part of this awesome community!

Best place ever. Feel yourself at home. Wonderful place with amenities. Great gym, wonderful pool. Lots of parking space. Parking lots covered, for winter. Snow removal. Modern units.... And last but not least, the greatest property managers April, and her assistant, Michael. We've been there one year, and would blindly go again.
