Twice back in April I scheduled live virtual tours. Unfortunately, both appointments came and went without hearing back from anyone. So while of course I cannot speak at all about the building or the facilities themselves, I did not have a great initial impression of management that has made me look elsewhere around the city.

I had scheduled a time for an apartment tour and even called two days before to make sure the time I set was correct with confirmation from staff. I have to drive an hour to get over to that area. Once I got there for the scheduled time, no one was in the office and the lights were off.

Following reviews and a virtual tour I really liked this place. Unfortunately they were not very responsive. I submitted an online application but got no response. I called almost everyday but it often went to voicemail and no one bothered to call me back even though I left my contact details. I spent all January pursuing them only to call again today to be told that they don't have my application even though I received an auto response to confirm receipt of my application. They also said there's no unit available for my date but their website says otherwise. I respect their decision to accept

I have lived here for 10 years, that should speak for itself. The office staff is wonderful.Gary and Daniel have a very upbeat attitude and are always there to solve any issues. The Maintenance staff has always took my mom and kids health issues into consideration before making any repairs. The apartments are beautiful and I love that I have a washer and dryer in my unit.

Parking is very hard for delivery trucks. 200 is on the left 216 in on the right is staring at building. Elevators are nice. Floors are nice.

Very nice at first. There was a $50 application fee plus $100.00 apartment hold. The manager literally told me if I did not accept the apartment I would get the apartment hold back. It’s been more than a month and I never received my deposit hold back. I’m glad I didn’t go with this option because they took money from me.
Imagine what would happen if I were a tenant.

After I have lived in this complex for eight years straight, I believe it is time to ditch this place for good because there are so many problems with this place that needs to be done such as replacing the closet doors since they always fall apart and the leaks throughout the ceilings and stairwells that maintenance are not doing their jobs to fix the problems right away!! Not only that, but the two bedroom and single bedrooms have gotten very expensive over the years including the studio apartments where it costs $1000 to rent!!! This isn't New York City or Boston, you guys are basically

Everything in the gym is always broken or not functioning. It’s definitely not state of the art.
Some regular maintenance is recommended for functionality and safety’s sake!

Visited fountain street homes and was very impressed on how well the property was maintained and managed. Claudine who showed the apartments was professional, warm & very receptive to improvements. Because of her sincere personality I would definitely rent from fountain street homes because of her.

Nice area to live. Great building maintenance always available. Fitness center and computer lab available on the property as well. Close to Stop n Shop plus many restaurants and diners, gas stations and liquor warehouse if you like that sort of thing.
