Former West Haven High School converted to apartments. Apartments are pretty nice, but owners seem reluctant to properly maintain shared spaces and make necessary repairs (roofing, etc.).

Place Was Extremely High Priced for a old elementary school / apt , the lady that was supposed to show the apartment to me was 15/20 mins late no call or notification …..

Not worth leasing here people frequently move out. Please search somewhere else they take more time in there lobby then the actually facilities tenants use

Very professional staff, manager was very knowledgeable and descriptive regarding policies of the building. Very clean and very professionally run . Manager works hard to get you the right place for your situation it appears. Feels really good to deal with managers that know their job really well and care about potential residents.
