Worse landlords on millrock in Hamden
For something to get done you have to contact them 5-6 times about the same issue and they still might not show but they’ll make sure to call you about the rent. Toxic orders , bugs , infestations of all sorts 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

I can say disgusting maintenance team, money minded, irresponsible office people. Never care about tenants.
Mandy management try to lease apartment without revealing problems of the units. As a tenant in Howard avenue am facing lot of water problems and hot water also heater problem every day.
From one week am calling for water and heat problem nothing is solving properly. One person came to unit and he took something and said he has to come with new filter and he never come back. And yesterday some one came to repair hot water problem he did something five minute later he left and from morning

Everything was fine until Mand management company took over ..unresponsive, refusing to respond to email requests and They're claiming online service to pay the rent only provided as a courtesy. They are way behind. Pervious management company owned the building were way respectful and well communicative plus online service was the 1st thing they offered especially.... NOT recommended

If I could give no stars I would. 8 days before move in they told me I wont be able to move in due to "sewage problems in the current unit". They began to tell me the floor that I was going to rent on is completely flooded. Who even knows if that is true or not. Mandy Management stated they didn't know when this problem would be fixed.
In addition, when asking for my security deposit that I SENT OVER A MONTH AGO.. they were giving me a hard time via phone. Saying the check is coming from New York and that I would have to wait. I didn't take that as an answer because it took me less than 5 minutes

Took care of my requests prior to moving in. Seth handled my lease and explained everything in advance. The one time that I had a maintenance issue it was handled quickly. Keep it up Mandy!!

I've been working with Mandy Management, and with leasing agent Seth Brummel, and they gave me a chance to find a nice apartment, in the area I wanted. Seth was very helpful in helping me get my apt, thank you! As for maintenance, I have gotten great service throughout my time in my apartment, anytime there was any sort of issue with the property, someone from managaement would help me out within a very short time, leaving me to focus on my work and not having to worry about any issues that inevitably arise with my apt.

Every one is entitled to their opinion but I know there's no other management in this city that is as well organized and fixes issues as fast as Mandy. Seth B at the office is the nicest person to meet with. Looking forward to renewing my lease again this year.

When things go wrong in the apartment (I might add this is NOT an inexpensive apartment), eventually they usually get taken care of - but only after repeated requests, which sometimes covers months.

The fact that the bathroom plumbing doesn't work efficiently (always a pleasant experience - and one that we have multiple times a month) isn't an urgent problem for them.

The latest issue: After last Spring's tropical storm, our roof was destroyed and the ceiling in our kitchen was damaged and leaked through everywhere. (We're only on the second floor of a three story Victorian

I rate the service 5 stars, although I haven't gotten an apartment yet Gaby at Mandy Managment has been very responsive and helpful through the whole process! I probably called twice a day and she was just very understanding and gave me the whole run down and made sure I was fully informed the entire time. Thank you Gaby!

Been happy where I live up until Mandy management took over. It’s obvious they don’t care about their tenants, our dumpster hasn’t been taken out in over month, workers come here and take our assigned parking spots, leaving tenants who actually pay rent here to have to park on the street, and they do not clean up after themselves. The washing machines have been broken, they just take the quarters you put in without starting. When I flush the toilet, dirty water starts to come up the drain from the bathtub. I’ve been trying to even get in contact with them to talk about the issues, but there

I called to question why my rent was going up every year and the response was do to property taxes and some other stuff that the building manager has no control of. Meanwhile....I'm apartment utilities keep leaking into the neighbor's 2nd floor apartment...nobody comes to maintain the property during snow days..so I end up getting snowed in a very large parking driveway and missing work...and did I mention I live in the Hill. Not a very good environment, but property taxes are going up?....I'm confused. The building is also falling apart. How about put some work I to the apartment

I'm going on my fourth year at the same apartment, I am pretty satisfied with the communication and quick assistance with everything. When things break or aren't working so well in the apartment the communication is A+ and they get someone over as soon as possible. They come in wearing masks and are professional. Mandy helped negotiate rent increase and seems to do as much as they can to keep me and my wife happy :)

This is now the second snow storm this season and both times our driveway has been left unplowed until myself and all of the neighbors blew up the office managers line to have it taken care of 2 DAYS LATER. I missed very important appointments due to being snowed into the driveway, waiting on them to take responsibility for their part of the lease contract "landlord responsible for snow removal". These truly are slumlords who could care less about the tenants or the properties; all they care about is your rent check. Nothing gets done until we threaten to not pay rent. Very disappointing

If you think you can smoke cigarettes or vape at their buildings 125/129/131 Cosey Beach Ave apartments think again. You will be evicted!! There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed on inside or outside of property. Seven people were just kicked out who thought they could get away with it. Zero tolerance. Find a community that will allow smoking/vaping if that's your thing. Beware!!!

Critical: Professionalism

I give 2 stars only because the agent, Levi was very nice. But I never was told about the "first come first serve". And on top of that was told by Seth, the Management company rep, it was ok to give deposit two days later (because my hours for work at the current time don't work with theirs). Then about 2 hours later, Levi text me and said Seth (the management guy, said a deposit was set and I lost it). When I called Seth was very cold, "policy"... which I get. But he wasn't honest. Sorry. Just a warning.

I been renting from Mandy Management for about 8 years. Never had a problem they couldn't fix with the apartment. Never waited over 24 hours for service. I must say I like the way they conduct business and handle any issues concerning the property.

They took over my building after it was sold by Pike International. At first, I thought thy would do a better job. The first week they answered the phones when I called about a work order, etc. Unfortunatley, that only lasted for the first week. After that, they stopped answering the phones. On several occasions I came home and the entire outside of the apartment complex was pitch black, none of the motion lights were on. I called the 24 hr emergency number and no one answered. If it was possible to give Mandy Management no stars at all I would pick that option.

I drove up from Austin Texas to New Haven CT and told the Realtor when I would be arriving a week before I got to New Haven. The day I arrived in New Haven I text the Realtor multiple times about meeting him with little to no response. I get to the office and it turns out I have NO apartment. The apartment I had paid $350 dollars to "take off the market" was never even available. I was told everything would be ready upon arrival and with my whole life packed in my car they told me there was nowhere
