After reading instructions I personally understood that it seems if you file a complaint about a company or business it would be investigated but I also was left feeling like if you did file a complaint it would just be put on their record for a short amount of time or not at all if they responded with Correct wording (meaning if they could show they attempted to rectify the issue,attempted is vague at best meaning as little as responding with how can we assist You with helping us understanding the issue)to Satisfy BBB. The better the Company/Business they will go above and beyond not to have any

Very bad service at this company. Contracted with them to setup a DBA for me. Sent documents completed documents by Express Mail. USPS said it was delivered on time, they claim they did not receive for 5 days. Cancelled my order and requested my money back. Someone from Cancellation department will contact me in 48 business hours to process.

I have been a customer of Entergy for ten years—I’ve always paid my bills and on time. In September 2021 the company disconnected my service due to an error committed by an employee. Was on the phone with the billing dept for seven hours one day, three the next. Billing reps are idiots. Have no idea how to do anything except get you to pay them. Company refused to reimburse me for the hotel bills, food spoilage and replacement groceries. Charged me a $150 deposit because they canceled my account and started a new one—AND THEY WERE AT FAULT! Their billing errors cost me $1,500. Run from any

I'm making a complaint about "Marie london. Just defrauded me.
Marie London is a fraudster. She likes to sweet talk people into believing she is legit. She promises heaven and earth but at the end of the day, it is all lies. My story is long but I have to make it short.
She got me to pay her that she will give me 8 hours of class and live demo with a model but she never came through with that. She only gave me 3 hours before we were kicked out of the building.
She claims that she pays for here in Houston. She promised me to have a model the next day and I kept calling her but she never showed

Like this store. Its fairly easy to find someone to help you when you cannot find something. Nevertheless, would it be feasible to have copies of the items on the appropriate grocery isles at the entrance - laminated and a rack at the cashier's to return them? It would save me time and maybe others. Thank you.

Mr. Villagomez was an excellent choice for me, especially as a first time home buyer! He gained my trust and respect very quickly because of the dignity and respect he gave me. He humbly and thoroughly walked me through each process. Pepe taught me so much by explaining the legalities and helping me break down the numbers! He was always available to answer my questions and ease my concerns. He had excellent time management and transparent communication. He was so great at processing paper work quickly with an even faster turn around and always followed up with next steps to help expedite the process
