Everything went as planned no surprises. They even saved me some money by not requiring me to pay for an inspection and using a previous survey. I would recommend them. Tried Rocket mortgage and Chase Bank and both would only lend if I borrowed 40K more than I needed, and at a higher rate than I got.

We had a very particular situation where we almost closed with a mortgage broker and a lender that really didn’t care for our needs, didn’t listen to us and didn’t really want to do their job in assisting us through the mortgage process. We informed our mortgage broker almost every day for 2 weeks straight that, “we absolutely knew that we could get a much better rate than what they were offering” and yet, their offer remained the same.
