2020 has been a crazy year! I was temporarily impacted by furloughs at the beginning of the year and we were looking for any way to reduce our expenditures. We waited until our jobs and income leveled out and by November we were in a position to refinance our mortgage. We started with our current lender, who never even bothered to return our request for refinance.
