This company came in and totally disregarded our community. They have stopped traffic on our small one way street multiple times with no permit, I've repeatedly seen them using the portapoty with the DOOR OPEN. This along with bringing disrespectful employees who blast music beyond working hours, and have crippled the streets parking with their equipment. This company will no doubt make large profits from building this home downtown, meanwhile they care NOTHING of the community they are building it in. I have spoken with neighbors and we agree on this mindset.

Ron and his team at Happy Homes was excellent! I traveled to Italy for 10 months on sabbatical, and while I was gone, Ron took care of everything. He helped me find renters and set up each contract. He was always there when I had a question and there for any emergency or cleaning that needed to be done. Payments were right on time. I will always leave my home in Ron's hands when I am not in Charleston. He is the best!

My family moved from Pennsylvania to SC. It was hard to find houses near Charleston. I personally came to Charleston to find and rent a house. One time I got cheated by First Key Homes. They took all personal informations of my family members and said they will call me back. After I paid for applications, I called the manager to check on the applications I have submitted. I find out they put my number on the block list. Thank God, I met Ron and his colleagues with Happy Homes. I had hard time to submit some of my documents, but they were all patient and positive to help me out. They spent all week

Ron with Happy Homes is great to work with. He reached out to us to help with some tenants and did a great job getting us connected with the home-owner, along with mediating as was needed to take the stress off the homeowner as well.

Ron took over managing our property after our previous property manager failed us all around. As out-of-state landlords, it's important for us to have a reliable, honest, communicative, person to manage our investment. So far, Ron has done that for us.
