Vinny at Boneworks was ALWAYS prompt at getting back to me about something that may have gone wrong at my rental. He went above and beyond on all requests made. It was nice to have him looking out for us at the renters. I highly recommend Boneworks for all your rental management needs.

Boneworks is hands down the best rental company I have ever rented from! That says a lot considering I’ve lived in 10 states. They are professional, attentive, responsive, and will do their best to work with you no matter what’s going!! Having no family local makes me appreciate this experience even more so since I don’t have anybody in the area to help me out.
Vinny is amazing! He will literally do anything to help you out and in a very timely fashion.

I’ve rented several apartments with several property management companies. Boneworks has by far been the best. Everyone is so nice and professional. I rarely had apartment related issues but when I did Boneworks was very quick to respond and took care of the issue. Truly amazing! I rented through Boneworks multiple times and I was so satisfied every time. In a city where it feels like not every landlord is honest or fair they definitely made me feel safe and cared for as their tenant!

I don’t have enough words to explain how amazing of a landlord Vinny is. I’ve lived in Charleston for years and only downtown and it’s extremely hard to come by on the peninsula. He’s extremely responsive, caring, and takes his tenants issues very seriously. We don’t have one issue that hasn’t been fixed in a timely and professional manner as well as done with great quality. If I could, I’d take him with me everywhere. He’s the absolute best!

I’ve rented with Boneworks for eight years now! I thoroughly have enjoyed my experience with them. Every team member is quite responsive and quick to help with any problems or maintenance requests. (Even on weekends or when it’s a personal fault. I locked both sets of keys in my apartment on a Friday night over the holidays, and Vinny was quick to bring me a set) They have perfected their profession!

I had a great experience with Boneworks! I lived in Charleston over the summer and Vinny helped us find our house! He was very helpful... they brought us fans when our AC broke, always sent someone out ASAP if there was a maintenance issue, and Vinny periodically checked up on my roommate and I and made sure we were having a good experience. We both hope to move back to Charleston and will be sure to use Boneworks again!!

It takes a level of trust when you invest into a place that you are going to call home. And everyone at Boneworks: Emily, Kyle & Vinny take especially great care with that trust. I have been with Boneworks for several years now. And through those years it has been an absolute pleasure. They do a great job with regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure everything is running smoothly. And they respond quickly and efficiently to any requests that are made of them. I had an 18 month lease with Boneworks at a property I adored. Vinnie and Kyle could not have been more helpful and great to lease from. Every (rare) issue was handled with urgency and all communications were also handled in a very timely and effective manner. Couldn’t have been happier with my leasing experience.
