I completely broke my ankle and need a wheelchair! Been waiting over a week after talking to multiple people and they STILL haven't even sent in my paperwork to get authorization from my insurance!! And said it could take up to a week more after that!! What a joke!!! If I could give them zero stars I would! Smh

Do not go here. Be warned. I have had significant sinus problems and my doctor told me to get a nebulizer. I have a printout with my doctor's information and directions on using the nebulizer and this store still would not sell me a nebulizer. This is what is wrong with healthcare today. It's a shame you are taking up office space that would be better used for a business actually interested in helping people.

Called them and got a very blunt we won't bill your insurance for an upright 4 wheel walker, you can only purchase them with independently.
I can't find anyone in my area to assist me with getting my mobility aid and based on the reviews I was excited to see. Unfortunately it's just another company that wants money instead of helping patients.
This is the only company that has responded/answered their phone that even has what i need in my area.
I'm really disappointed based on all the reviews. I was hopeful to get help since I can't find any assistance getting my walker.

I would very much like to extoll the customer service I received at Bellevue Health Care (BHC) in Bellevue. My 92 year old mother in California has become very concerned about possible electrical outages and requested that I help her with a backup portable oxygen concentrator. I found that my normal shopping process was not working well, product, upgrades, prices and especially availability was very confusing. My son suggested I reach out to BHC. My contact was Marcus Showalter, he was well informed understood what I really needed and it was available for pickup the same day. Iām happy to encourage

We were set up with Bellevue Healthcare for our daughter's oxygen needs after being release from the NICU. Josh at Bellevue was AMAZING. So helpful, flexible and solutions oriented. Highly recommended. Glad that we don't need their supplies any more but couldn't recommend them more (and Josh especially!).
