Investing in a personal trainer has many benefits. A personal trainer not only improves your knowledge on proper form, s/he also encourages accountability. When simply joining a gym, many people stay motivated for a month or two and then often quit. With a personal trainer you will constantly be introduced to new and effective exercises to continuously improve your overall fitness.

Having worked in that environment for a number of years I know how it works, and how dissatisfied many have become. At Fitness by Design you receive attentive service as well as unlimited and direct contact with me, Aaron Bailey, as we continuously monitor progress towards your fitness goals and tune your training program accordingly.

I am an experienced personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Science. I am ACE certified and have been practicing for over 7 years. From my extensive training, certification and experience I've learned how to target my clients' unique and individual fitness goals and tailor a plan for achievement.
To meet a variety of client needs I offer personal, one-on-one as well as group (3 or less) training programs. With one-on-one training I can help you achieve a broad range of fitness goals. Not only can I help you "get fit, " I also have a vast array of corrective exercises that can help to stretch and strengthen specific muscles, relieve shoulder, back, hip and knee pain among many other things.
I had never worked out at a gym and was not sure how best to go about getting into shape. Aaron taught me how to use my own body weight and traditional weights to achieve my goals. He teaches you proper form and pays close attention to every detail. He is always on time and professional. He is very easy to talk to and always up beat.

Aaron is a wonderful personal trainer. He is friendly, personable, and customizes workouts to your ability and goals. During the pandemic, he seamlessly transitioned to virtual workouts, so I was able to continue my program from home.
From a business standpoint, he is communicative and readily adjusts his schedule to work around mine.
Highly recommended!

I think Aaron is awesome! I had met with several trainers before, but when I met him I knew he was the trainer for me, because he listened to both what I wanted and needed. I signed up for his services during that first meeting and it was the best thing that I could’ve ever done for myself. He makes the workouts’ challenging yet fun at the same time, and is very engaging in conversation. I feel the investment that I’ve made in hiring Aaron as a personal trainer has been very beneficial to my life. I’m getting fit and having fun at the same time! Another fantastic training session with Aaron, of Fitness By Design.
What a great way to cap off the day! He is always upbeat and supportive with his "you got this" as you power through a particularly tough set of reps.
And, he knows just when to step things up to the next level. What a true pro!

Aaron is hands down the best personal trainer my wife and I have ever had. He is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and understands thats we have a personal life. I’ve never had an issue getting my workout it on short notice with him. He has given us great nutritional advice along with the training which has improved our results drastically. He is very aware of personal health concerns (I have a slightly bad knee) and will help with getting you into good condition without straining existing injuries. He has very reasonably priced workout options, and every penny has been worth it

I have been working out with Aaron for almost a year now and it was the best life decision I’ve made. Aaron is so positive and uplifting and continues to challenge me at every workout.
