Officially opening our doors in the fall of 2012 our focus was simple-to create a positive, fun, and effective way to get results. Our focus is to assess and build efficient stability and mobility patterns, prior to resistance training.

Kyle and the team are super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I have been training here for 2 years now and love every second. I started here after I suffering two labrum tears from boxing and within 3 months of being on the program, I had no more shoulder pain. They saved my career. Working with Kyle has increased my strength, cardio and explosiveness which has helped my in my Jiu Jitsu competitions. Kyle is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever worked with. Kyle Briere’s greatest strength as a trainer is his rare ability to quickly and intuitively understand your body movements which benefits both beginners as well as seasoned athletes. He then applies this knowledge to help you make subtle changes in your form and how you perform exercises, resulting in a more effective workout with less chance of injury. I just started training for powerlifting meets at Strength Lab NH very recently and I am so impressed by the quality of coaching Kyle provides and the pride that the staff takes in the facility. Strength Lab has an understanding of each athlete's unique goals, strengths and weakness via a movement assessment they perform at the beginning of training. I can't say enough great things about Strength Lab, Kyle and his staff. After knee surgery for meniscus tears, I was left with chronic knee pain long after physical therapy ended. A personalized program for strength and conditioning by Kyle at Strength Lab NH has finally brought an end to the chronic knee pain. Kyle has created a great gym where people of all ages and ability receive personalized attention from experienced, knowledgeable and attentive trainers.
