We've been living here since July 2019 and any time we've had an issue with maintenance (which was only once), the staff was responsive and efficient. The apartments are very nice and the neighbors I know are friendly, considerate and helpful. Parking can be tight sometimes but that's a design flaw and not something anyone can control. If you're looking for a nice, comfortable, quiet, friendly place to live, check out this place.

I have lived here over a year and while it hasn't been horrible, it's definitely been far from great. The staff does not reply to emails, during Covid they shut down all the amenities (rightfully so), and gave a kickback the first 2 or 3 months of $50 if you paid in full. However they stopped doing that while the amenities stayed closed. Then once the amenities opened, you had to set a reservation and meet them at the door for the set time. I have waited up to 15 minutes into the rain to get into the gym and then have to leave a bit before the top of the hour for them to "clean
