What an amazing experience! I called about applying for an apartment on yesterday, 9/8/21. I spoke with lorrie. She was very knowledgeable about the process and set up an appointment for me on the same day. I met with leslie later that day, and she made me feel welcome and appreciated. She took her time with me and showed the apartment. It was beautiful. We walked back to the office and talked and laughed. She started the application process and encouraged me the whole way thru. I was approved the next day. What a professional and focused team they have. I feel blessed I came to Revere. Come see

This is a business? I visited the last 2 Sundays as it is my only day off and they were closed! Hours specifically state they are open on Sunday’s so I wasted a trip twice. I even called the first time and they said their hours included Sundays. First impressions are everything and if they lie about their hours I can only imagine what happens once they lock you in. I found another place, less expensive and they were open when they said they would be.

I moved in 4 years ago and the front office staff was great! Unfortunately they are no longer there. I’ve never had any issues with the maintenance staff, anytime I had an issue is was fixed right away! Now comes the downsides of living there. I had gotten my dog a few months after I moved in. The day I got him I went to the front office to tell them and show them. That was in October in December I get a phone call from the manager saying it’s been brought to our attention you have a dog and did not inform us. I explained I had informed them the day I got him. That was one of

I just received a $6000 bill! I am beyond furious. I left my apartment spotless. Thank goodness I was smart enough to take photos upon move out. I will definitely be obtaining a lawyer to assist me before this affects my credit. I own a dog that was rarely in my bedroom carpeted area however I was billed for carpet replacement. I kept doors closed in my 2 guest rooms. When the carpet cleaner arrived he asked what needed to be shampooed? I also have photos of the areas my puppy chewed which I know I am responsible for. I chose an early lease buy out which I advise you not to do!!! Please please

If you want a nice quiet place to live at the upper rental price range in York Co. This is not it. If you do not mind walking through your neighbors garbage to get to your apartment. This is it.I have photos , trying to download from Phone to PC. If you are one of the few , who reads property rules and regulations , and makes an attempt to follow them. This place is not for you. Odds are your neighbor , dose not give a hoot because he or she pays to live there. As a home owner for 40 years. This was a side of life I hope to never be apart of again. As I have posted before. Going on our third year living here. Happy with the management and office staff. Always responsive and always willing to help. The maintenance staff has always been efficient and quite responsive with any of our concerns and really some of the nicest people I have met.
Size of the apartment is spacious and rent is comparable to others in the area. Overall, a good value for the money. Whitney Ledford, and the Leasing Management Team at Revere at Lake Wylie are always there to answer any question or find the answer to any problem you may have.
