Sister lives here. Very quiet place. Dropped her rent a couple times for her and the two ladies in the office are sweet every time. Seems like a great place, my sister loves it here.

The Apartment Are Ok. Just Really Wish They Update The Apartments Cause It's 2019 not 1999. When I 1st Move Here. Nothing Worked. I have to get the maintenance guy a couple weeks before I called it a home. Causing me High bill that I had to pay plus The Rent. Very Overcharged. And I watch my neighbors come and leave...

I love living here. Super affordable. No one bothers us. Very quiet. Lawn care is kept up very regularly. If I ever have an issue, maintenance shows up in a decent time manner. Never have had a bug issue (besides ants and bees outside but can’t really do much about that. Nothing to really cry about) all in all I am and have been very pleased this far!!

Cable is no longer included. Most units do not have dishwashers or bathroom fans. Pool is full of annoying old drunk farts that think they are hilarious and cool. Laundry facility is usually quiet at night but you have to load money on to a card whenever the office is open. The photo below is showing how thieves broke into the laundry area and ripped a flat screen out of the wall. They also broke the vending machine. Anyways, this place is really old and desperately needs rennavation. If you have noisy neighbors that deal drugs (you will) management will do NOTHING about it. They kept their front

This is the worst apartment place I’ve ever lived in! Overpriced and had COCKAROACHES on every corner of the place.. Maintanance was low budget and the people at the office are so rude.. the AC and heating does nothing in the summer/winter time. The apartments were cheaply made and need to be updated.. DONT call this your home.

DO NOT MOVE IN. TAKE MY WORD. THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND ROACHES. THEY ARE RACIST. AND EVERYBODY IS IN YOUR BUSINESS. I WAS CALLED NIG*ER BY 2 EMPLOYEES OF FERN FOREST ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHILE I WAS A TENANT. THE APARTMENTS ARE POOR QUALITY AND THINGS START TO FALL APART. THE DRAINS AND SHOWERS ARE ALWAYS CLOGGED AND MAINTENENCE IS LOW BUDGET. THE POOL IS SO NASTY YOU CANT SEE THROUGH IT. THAT POOL IS NO PLACE FOR YOUR CHILDREN. This was my first home when my family and I moved to NC. The only issue I had was my car was broken in twice while I was living there. Larry was very nice and has always been a big help. I was a resident for 3 years..it seems like things where improving with the new management when we left.

I would Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to live NOT to look at this Property. They have gone through 4 Property Managers in less then a month. Elizabeth, Lindsey, Kathy, and now Kelly. The Property Owner by the Name of Ali is a unprofessional arrogant individual. Work order forms that you put in regarding problems in your APARTMENT will not be fixed in a timely mater. Swimming pool never opens unil Late July. PLEASE don't let this be a place for you to call home. If they had a rating with -stars that would be my rating.
