Community is nothing short of exceptional!!
Clean, tidy and very responsive staff. Crystal in leasing office takes care of all your requests and any questions you have. It is highly unlikely they miss a request from us. However, if you raise the remainder we can get the rock star Manager Shaheena into picture.
You will love the response that gets from maintenance staff when shaheena comes in picture. These ladies raised the bar totally.
I stayed here for 18months and i would say it was super cool life. Will recommend this apartment.

I rarely write reviews, but I want to write publicly how amazing Crystal is at her job. I am renting this place for the summer and Crystal has made renting painless. I have been so impressed with the process. Crystal is so friendly and kind. I also want to point out how safe I feel at this rental. The pool and clubhouse is beautiful. Roger has also done an exceptional job maintaining the grounds and pool area.

I want to express our greatest thanks to Crystal at The Arbors at Fort Mill. She made us feel very welcome from the first time we met. Crystal stayed in touch with us keeping us posted on availability of an apartment. From the moment a unit became available, she stayed in touch answering all of our questions and provided a smooth transition for moving into our apartment. The apartment was in superior condition and we had no trouble moving in at all. We loved our stay here, the staff seemed very attentive to our needs and made great effort to make these apartments home. The biggest concern we had was all the charges that we were given after moving out. We did our best to maintain the apartment and we were rewarded with nearly $700 in move out expenses for paint and carpet. We've never been charged by an apartment before, we've had our past rentals comment on how well we cared for our unit. Obviously we were shocked at the amount charged and it soured the whole experience. That being said, I'd have to admit that we would no longer recommend

If you're looking for somewhere to be comfortable and a place to call home, I suggest you RUN and look elsewhere in the Fort Mill area. The apartment buildings are poorly built as you can hear everything that's going on above you. It sounds like the tenants has bricks as feet. When you try to address the noise complaint with management they ignore your emails, won't respond, and have an attitude when you address them in person. I was told to contact the police if the noise continues rather than them properly handling the issue. My car was also broken into in the parking lot. I shared this information

Arbors in Ft Mill is the best place to live! I have rented for a year and a half. The staff are excellent and very helpful in assisting with repair needs. It is a very clean environment with poolside, weight room, and landscape area. With seasonal celebrations each staff member greets you with a smile daily. I use the weight room and enjoy playing pool frequently in the clubhouse. I would highly recommended this luxury apartment living to family and friends.

I've lived here almost a year...still a satisfied resident. The staff have been professional and are like friends. Ty and Lisa are always available, friendly, and along with the maintenance guys, attentive to our needs. Melissa was very helpful before and during our lease signing. The apartment has plenty of room, beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, large closets, and I enjoy the pool and surrounding pool deck. The staff are like friends and people you could see inviting over to have dinner. Lisa, Ty and the rest are always welcome at my apartment! Amenities are great. I spend most of my time at the pool and who wouldn't, I can always find a seat and lounge with little other from other pool goers bothering me with noise and splashing. My neighbors are friendly and inviting and can see extending a lease at first opportunity to stay at such a great place especially for the price. Would get 5 stars but the construction wakes me up in the mornings but should be fine and done soon.
