I've heard stories about them being "crooked" or "shady" but because the lady was so polite and trusting I applied. Well we are two months in and still no word but "I sent it to my boss and she hasn't said anything" I was initially told application process takes 3-7 days. However, I've heard nothing.

I am from NYC, and came to visit a fellow military friend, and her kids. The time that I have visit for the last 2 weeks or so I’ve seen more issues in the maintenance and responding of the property management that I ever have in my adult life. She has 4 kids and have been calling the emergency maintenance and property office line and no one has came to check anything out . The heater- thermostat hasn’t been working for around 2wks . Slumlords , it’s sad that they treat their tenets like cattle. Bathrooms messed up , hvac messed up , emergency Maine number hasn’t called back numerous phone

I have been living at these premises for over 6 years. I am particularly impressed with the new property manager's (Ms. Holloman) professional and solutions-oriented manner. She strives to ensure that tenants use the facilities in a safe and sanitary manner at all times, as per the terms of the lease and does not hesitate to issue notices and gentle reminders to this end. There have been notable upgrades to the carpark, laundry room, electrical wiring and general upkeep of the premises under her watch. Hats off to Ms.Holloman!!!

I just moved in at this location a couple of months ago! I absolutely love this place and Mrs. Rita the property manager is absolutely amazing. I moved here from another state and she was sooooo helpful with getting my daughter and I situated. The place is really nice. Any issues you have they help you instantly. It’s quiet and just perfect for us!

I have not had any issues in fact i love it. It's a great place for a family , the kids all play together drama free. office staff Sheree is very nice and helpful and will make sure things get done.Been here for a year and love it!!!! I LOVE IT, MY KIDS LOVE IT, MY PARENT'S LOVE IT AND THAT'S ALL MATTERS!! STAY BLESSED

Great area, I look at Park at Cross Creek as the middle of everything you can get to surrounding areas in minutes. Peaceful neighborhood,very kid friendly. Upkeep on these apartment lacks the most to the point where I hate living here because there is no point of having maintenance if they don't fix issues. AND PLEASE READ YOUR LEASE because if i would've read the lease before I would have not lived here.
