Susan is awesome! She is helping me and my wife, and has been super helpful and friendly and polite. Highly recommend her to anyone!

I applied for a 3 bed room in august for move in mid October . Got approved, paid my deposit and holding fee for the move in date . I was calling and emailing the property for WEEKS asking was there anything else that was needed of me before the move in (i have screenshots ) never heard anything back. Called and left voicemails with a call back number , never heard anything back. Finally a week before my move in date i get a call and it was them letting me know that i WOULDNT be able to move in on the move in date (that was approved for abs that i put my deposit down for ) and that it got moved

Love ❤ this place both office managers are awesome and very understanding I like the maintenance man he's so nice and any problem that comes up the maintenance would be out to fix right away. Awesome affordable place to live with great amenities.

I just wanted to take a moment to say I LOVE You and our amazing maintenance guys !!!!!!! Thank you all so much for doing an amazing job of taking care of all my needs and repairs.. I have already been here over a year, and I look forward to more years..
I recommend Walker’s Ridge to everyone. It is so beautiful and I have some of the greatest neighbors.. thank you Susan and Carlos and our maintenance crew for making this HOME and a community I enjoy coming home to Everyday.. lots of ❤️❤️❤️

The maintenance worker, as usual, was polite, clean, friendly, knew exactly what to do while replacing my screen door to my patio. He made sure it worked and locked before leaving. The guys are always the best!!
