Very detailed, very professional, very good value. They are a little more expensive then what you would find elsewhere, but they are every bit worth it. When you get his report back you will have 0 questions on what is wrong or needs to be fixed. And Jason is very professional. 10 out of 10 recommend.

HIGHLY recommend Reservoir Home Inspections!! He was able to come to our home quickly and was VERY thorough with inspection. He walked us through the inspection and answered all of our questions, as well as providing an electronic copy. Very reasonably priced and very nice! Wonderful experience!!!! Jason did an excellent job!! I emailed him on Saturday and he was able to do our inspection on the following Monday. We met him at the house after he had completed the inspection and he walked us through, room by room, to go over everything. The house had a few deficiencies and he pulled up pictures on his phone to show us how things should look which was extremely helpful. Then he got us the formal inspection the next day which was very detailed and included pictures and videos. I highly recommend him.
