Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Heidi Booth, who is a licensed, experienced Galt veterinarian. Country Oaks Veterinary Hospital provides the advanced veterinary care and attention that your pet deserves. From laser surgery to vaccinations, we are your full service pet hospital. Because your pet has a shorter lifespan than you do, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough regular check-ups and preventive care, you can avoid, alleviate and delay serious health problems.
If you don't have an up-to-date list of your pet's vaccinations and medications, please create or update it and plan to bring it with you. Remember that for your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

I breed miniature dachshunds- so I have a lot of them. Country Oaks is always excellent getting appointments for my babies, they’ve done several dentals for different dogs and they’re always well taken care of, they’re reasonably priced, and if I have a dog get sick/hurt they do their best to get me in. I live only a few minutes away and they got me in an hour after I called and left a voicemail. They called back and offered someone’s cancellation, and helped me feel better about my oldest dachshund seeming to be hurt. It was minor but Dr. Booth was thorough and kind. I happen to get Jessica

We were not rushed and the vet answered all my questions. Additionally, the place practiced, I guess one would say, “safe animal management”. In other words, you park and text them you have arrived. Then someone comes out to assist you. Then you get called in. So far so good, I will bring my pet back.

My poor puppy was suffering from kidney failure we found out, but when we went here because our dog was looking like he was going to die any minute, the vet here couldn’t even walk out of her office to check on him because they were closing in 5 minutes. We are local and have spent a lot of money here but never again and hopefully, others won’t waste their time coming here with an emergency for their pet before they close. Hence they were still open when I showed up.

Atlas and I couldn't be happier to have found Country Oaks Veterinary. We've been living in Lodi for a few years and were still looking for our preferred Veterinarian. I appreciated the call when you arrive system, it gave me great confidence we weren't going to run into another dog, and maybe have a bad experience, in or out of our appointment. The entire staff was professional and kind. I also saw how much they were listening to Atlas's body language and giving him the time he needed to get comfortable. I think we found our permanent Vet. 🙂
