Melissa loves spending time with her family, as well as attending her daughter's cheer competitions. She has four dogs. Only vet's office I trust with any of my babies.

We have a veterinarian and competent personnel who are trained and equipped to handle any emergency your pet has. Emergencies can be things such as snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion.
After graduating in 2006 with a Veterinary Degree from Massey University Veterinary School in New Zealand, I worked as a mixed animal veterinarian in New Zealand for 18 months and in 2008 moved to the US to be with my then fiance Alicia (Also Dr. Webster!). I started going to Lodi vet in 2013 when Dr Dornton was there. quality vet! Since Dr Webster took over nothing but repeat visits for the same issues. 100.00's of dollars for one simple visit then the new tech didn't do her job properly and they couldn't get me back in for 3 weeks.
I was trying to bring my dog in for a bleeding ear and shaking his head they said not till Feb. And told me Monday was for walk ins and emergency only they would be too busy
to see him Walk in was for urgent only. His office manger Carrie calls me to say maybe we're not a good fit for Dr Webster

We brought our dog to them for years and he had a high liver count along with a skin issue and they never put it together that it was related to a liver issue. We brought him in when the liver was 1000 and a normal liver supposed to be 100 and they told us it was probably due to thyroid. Our daughter who is a medical student said that is not true and to bring him to another vet ASAP and we did not listen to her. We waited another few months to bring them back as they told us to and by that time his liver was way too far gone. We took him to UC Davis where he had to spend nine days only to come

We recently moved to the area and were in need of a nueter for two of our ranch dogs. The staff was wonderful, the rate was so reasonable and both of the boys came home doing great! Thank you to LVH for keeping a routine procedure a simple, straightforward and excellent experience for us! 🥰👍🏼

My daughter's German shepherd had a mysterious boil appear on her neck. It was a Saturday, and of course, during covid. No emergency vet would help her, or even give her any comforting advice. Lodi Veterinary hospital sent a nurse out to the car so at least my daughter could relax knowing she wouldn't die before getting her into an appointment. Sometimes a piece of mind from a friendly, knowledgeable source can be extremely helpful. Thank you, thank you, thank you

This place has come through yet again. Didn't have an emergency but was able to get in quickly with my new pup Shelby with an urgent care appointment.
Used LVH last year with my sick dog and they were able to do all the tests needed at a fraction of estimates elsewhere.
No veterinary business is cheap, but I have found multiple times that the rates here are better than others in town.
Doctors and techs are compassionate too.

Okay I have to be honest. I took my baby here and he needed vaccinations, shots, and everything a jumping pup would need. Sadly though our dog started to get sick which we were prescribed some meds which cleared everything up. He then began to not move and walk on only 3 legs. Vet said that he was okay and that we shouldn't worry about any trembling or limping he might have. Within a week or so he developed a film on his eyes which got so bad I had to take him to emergency where we received bad news that our little bundle of joy has a serious underlying health condition (potentially a liver

We have a dog. We love our dog. When your dog collapses and the vet clinic you have gone to doesn’t have room.... LVC was the answer. Professional, compassionate, detailed and efficient. AMAZING! My husband is a tough critic. When he told me he was buying pastries for the office I knew he was impressed.

I arrived 5 minutes early to the parking lot and called in. First Appt of the day at 8:30 am. I was the only car in the lot with a patient (doggie). Gal on the phone was very nice. Said they would be right out to get my pup. 15 minutes later I had to call again - still sitting in the car. Finally came to get my pup after sitting in my car for 20 minutes. How can you be 20 minutes behind for the 1st appointment of the day?! Said I would receive a call from the vet to discuss my pup. Vet tech brought my pup back with the Bill. No call from the vet. Paid the Bill - no call. Sent an email mentioning

We took our yorkie/Maltese Alissa in for surgery in February. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. And thanks to the drs she is doing great! Then a week ago our other yorkie, Bailey, suddenly became ill. Once again the staff and drs at Lodi Veterinary Hospital were wonderful and Bailey couldn’t be better. Thank you to the drs and staff at Lodi Veterinary Hospital for all that you do, not just for the “patients” but also for the “parents” as well❤️ Pat Muraoka

Wonderful warm staff, and very good communication with the vet! We just moved to town, so super nervous for curbside treatment with strangers. They made my Golden feel so comfortable and were just great! I’m very happy we found our new vet here in Lodi!

Very courteous service at a reasonable price. When other vet offices are charging $450 for a male cat neuter, these guys got everything done for $208. Neuter, shots, microchip, and they even took care of the chip registry. Curbside Drop-off and pick-up were smooth, quick, and effortless. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly.

I am beyond upset. My little fur baby apparently had a seizure. My husband and I scooped her up and went to our Vet quickly as it was 4:45 and I knew they were closing at 5:30. We have been going to Lodi Veternarian Hospital on Lockeford street for 20 years. Well no more. When we arrived I followed the instructions on the door and called and told them I had an emergency as I didn't know what was happening to my baby. (I wanted to burst through the door with my baby) They informed me a tech would come Out as the Dr was getting ready to leave. (45 minutes early mind you) The tech said her

I have been bringing my pets to LVH for several
years and can say that without a doubt this is the best and most affordable care you will find for your animals in the area. My dogs have had everything done here: neutering, anesthesia teeth cleaning, shots, medicine Rx's, x-rays, geriatric care, etc. and the price is so fair and affordable! I drive my dogs all the way from Sacramento to see this terrific staff, and am happy to do so because this place is awesome. They are always accommodating and will do whatever they can to squeeze my dogs into the schedule. They were also great when it

I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are all very polite and professional. I brought my sick dog to them. After several days of treatment we ended up having to put Rocky down. Everyone there was so compassionate and kind.
The facility is very clean. It's a very busy place, yet very organized and they never make you feel rushed.

Vet costs should not be more than 3x the amount quoted. Let me say that again, vet costs should not be more than 3x the amount quoted.

This was an excellent place before Dr. Elaine retired. The new vet will try to recommend and pressure you for every possible service and product. It's completely obvious. While that's I suppose understandable, misleading clients is not acceptable. This last visit we were explicitly quoted a price for services and then told to pay more than 3x the price upon checking out. No additional services were approved, but they were billed anyways. What a great facility! We used Dr. Webster to alter (neuter) our Kune Kune piglets and she as well as the rest of the staff were wonderful handling them. The facility is clean and well kept, the boarding area is ample and accessible for larger animals. Dr. Webster's communication was amazing and she made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend both Dr. Webster as well as Lodi Veterinary Hospital.

My recent experiences with Lodi vet have been nothing less than exceptional. There walk in hours are so convenient for our busy schedules. My personal experiences with Dr. Webster have been great. He is very informative and took the time to educate me about my dog Duke's condition. My dog is very large and isn't always the easiest to transport or take into places such as the vet and all the staff are very kind and accommodating. I appreciate all the help everyone has offered us and I am glad to say Duke is doing much better since his last appointment

These guys are pretty awesome. I can't say I've ever had a bad or even mediocre experience with either the vets or support staff here. They make an effort to remember your name AND your pets, make you feel appreciated and relaxed. Walk in program can be a little crazy sometimes so if you choose to do that get there a few minutes early. Otherwise set an appt it's easier. I have to do that because I have a large dog that is an absolute clown in group situations. Anyways they are always reasonably priced, honest, and knowledgeable which is what you want in a vet. Extremely rude and disgusted with how the staff treated my father. With an exception of the female veterinarian (morning shift) who was helpful and informative. Other than her, customer service was an absolute joke. Can't believe the discrimination my father experienced here.

Recently our cat, Bottle was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor. He was very weak, miserable and obviously suffering. Our family did not expect this at all. Bottle was 14 years old, but was hardly ever sick. We expected maybe an infection of some sort. This Doctor and her staff were wonderful, caring and handled this situation with such compassion. Even though we were overcome with grief and could hardly speak without crying she and all the Women there took their time with us and spoke slowly and very kindly to us. Our family Dennis, JoAnn and Tasha thank them greatly. I can not recommend them highly

Absolutely don't waste your time as they try to do unnecessary tests, make you wait forever and tell you their moving along fast. Spent 2 hours after first calling to make sure they could prescribe medication for my dog, the Vet decided my Vet wasn't good enough and required expensive blood tests to prescribe needed medication to keep him alive. What a waste of 2 hours that I will never get back.

In response to your comment I will say, I called in advance to make sure the service needed was going to be provided and was told it wouldn't be a problem. I get there and kept being told
