Transform Fitness offers a roadmap to guide individuals toward achieving their personal health and fitness goals. Where to start. Before I went in to see Dave and Desi I was already into fitness.
The main reason I wanted to see a trainer was for overall body health and body mobility. Yes, I was going to the gym everyday but I could feel my body not working like it should and my muscles were always tight. I knew my body could give more! Before I started training I could not reach back and grab the bar to do squats, could not get close to front squats, along with some other mobility issues.

I was lucky to find my passion for fitness very early in life. I was always surrounded by fitness and sports due to my Mother and Father's athletic backgrounds. I was a very skinny child and a science project at the age of 11 further sparked my interest in weight lifting and changing my body. The title of my project was "Does weight training improve your athletic ability?"
It's fun to go to the gym with a friend-or a group of friends. Large group physical training means you get to encourage each other when you're feeling out of it, you get to play competitive when you're feeling feisty, and you can talk about anything under the sun doing breaks. The downside? The instructor might be just another shadowy face on the far side of the room, and you don't get much one on one help.
There's one part of long term fitness that is often forgotten by those eager to begin an exercise program. Any ideas as to what it might be? Well, if you're here, you guessed it: nutritional planning! Proper eating is an absolutely essential part of your new campaign for a healthier body, and it's one area that tends to not fall in place by itself.
You were the epitome of fitness: your speed matchless, your stamina rock solid, and those muscles were the admiration of any gym you walked into. And then came the injury. Injuries heal; or most of them do. But even after you've recovered, your post-injury body is not the same as it was before you took the hit.

I cannot say enough about David Young and Transform Fitness. I have been training with him for many years. He takes each client’s personal health and fitness seriously. Transform fitness was my first experience with a personal training program and going in I didn't know what to expect. David is very professional and makes you feel at ease while in the gym. Normally I'd dread getting up in the morning to workout but knowing that I had a tailored workout plan waiting for me made things easier. The knowledge and years of experience that David brings to the table really shows when he's working with his clients. His attentiveness and ability to multi-task while instructing his clients is second to none. He’s also very reliable and always available for a quick text

I worked with David for around 4 months. It was a great experience from start to finish. The obvious thing you want from a trainer is someone who knows their stuff and pushes you to grow. That's a pretty easy base to cover, anyone being paid to do this should be able to hit that mark. Where David excels is being someone that you enjoy suffering with, and that's what makes TF stand out to me. I'm an anxious introvert, but I always felt completely comfortable during my sessions here. I looked forward to every workout, I had fun. David will chat you up in between sets, keep it light, keep your morale

David is fantastic! He is energetic, knowledgeable and committed to helping you reach your goals. I appreciate that he doesn't overbook himself and can give personal attention as needed. The facility is always clean and atmosphere is always positive, including the workout playlist (which always keeps me pumped!). David is also great at meal planning and giving helpful tips to stay on track. David is an amazing trainer! He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. He works hard to learn each client's abilities, goals and expectations to create an individualized workout and experience for everyone. He gives each client personalized attention during each workout and is great at multi-tasking! He frequently checks in with each client to ensure they are performing their exercises correctly while also keeping everyone motivated. The environment is always welcoming, friendly and non-intimidating. All fitness levels are welcome.

I came to David completely lost and unsure where to begin, super out of shape, unmotivated, single mother of three with mom bod. At first I was worried that I was in over my head going to pay for a gym that I wasn’t going to use like I had done time and time again. But David gave me confidence and encouragement to follow through with my goal. David is upbeat, happy, professional, educated in the services he provides and a family man who was more than happy to work with my schedule and get me on track where I needed to be with my fitness plan. 10/10 highly recommend Transform Fitness with Dave

David is an awesome trainer! He's always positive about everything that he does, and motivates everyone to do better. His workouts never caused an injury to happen, and everyday I feel I'm getting better. David is always flexible and understands if you can't make a session, and he has many other slots open if you need different times. David is awesome, and I would totally recommend you try Transform Fitness before other places. He has so many workout plans and weight loos programs that can adapt to whatever your need is.

I have been coming to Transform Fitness for almost 2 years. It has been, by far, the best experience. David and Desiree are GREAT! They work with you, push you when you need that little push and match your energy. If you need to modify for whatever reason, they got you! They believe in form, and listening to our bodies to avoid injury. I don’t feel the pressure that I used to feel at a big box gym and the rest of the people around. David has been one of my biggest supporters and cheerleaders in my weight loss journey and has been one of the most important components. Bottom line... he cares!
