I wish there was a lower rating than one star that I could choose. These are the worst apartments I've ever lived at and the management here is way worse. They know exactly how to make someone's life more miserable during the course of your stay here. I have put in so many maintenance requests and nobody addresses them or even bothers to even go over them. They don't answer calls and even if they do, they talk without respect and like they're doing favors. The apartments have used and old AC's that don't work most of the time and the maintenance workers don't come and address your issues despite

Literally the worst apartment complex I have ever had to deal with! It is impossible to get a hold of anyone by phone or email. Office staff is rude and will tell you whatever you want to here to get you out of the office and never follow up on issues. Don’t bother contacting the corporate office for assistance because they are just as bad. Maintenance is slow. I had a broken a/c that took over a week to fix IN AUGUST. I had to get a hotel room at my own expense. I was given the run around for cabinet doors for a year and then was finally told that they don’t make them anymore so they wouldn’t

Problem 1 -
Again our heater at home is not working. Really we are so tired in raising the same complaint for every week. It's happening repeatedly with the dripping of the switch. Last week one guy fixed the new switch again then also of no use, same problem existing. Whenever we are trying to change from AC to Heater it's not working. It's very difficult and horrible to stay at home in 35 ' F . Treat this as priority and do the needful.

While fixing the AC, Technicians have opened the complete AC' unit in home, not closed for 2 months from now, Please find snap for it,

If you rent this place, be prepared to rent motel as much as you need (more frequently). These are very old apartments building with zero maintenance. When i move in 4 months back, I faced many issues. Worst moving experience in my entire life. some issues are resolved by maintenance but it took 3 months to fix them. Even though am trying to stay in this community, Today in my unit AC when out. When made maintenance request at 1am, Maintenance request got closed at 2pm without fix. I was given an apartment that was not move in ready. Underneath the kitchen was all rotted and moldy, the sink was leaking, the dishwasher didn’t work and still doesn’t, the a/c wasn’t working. Things keep breaking and are not getting fixed. Would be a nice apartment if things worked right but work orders take months to get any attention.

I renewed my lease agreement based on the communication from leasing office that the rent includes Washer and Dryer. But they have not kept Washer and dryer till now in my apartment. Its more than 2 months now. I raised Work Orders multiple times and it got closed saying backlog. There is no ETA to solve this.

I'm here for about 2 months now. I was planning to leave a review at the end of my leasing period but the recent events changed my mind. So this is my full experience since day one. On my fit day, I went there to get my apartment, and it was infested with roaches but thankfully the management helped providing a different apartment unit but they also raised the rent from $938 to $1,005. After my first month in there the rent went up to $1,058 after reviewing the lease it turned out that I signed on that by mistake which is my fault. Very bad maintenance team. My AC is leaking and have not been able to use the ac in this hot 100+ degree Dallas weather. I had raised two maintenance requests 2 weeks back and have had no one come in to check on the issue. The only answer i get from the leasing office is that they have shortage of maintenance staff. I have been in this apartment for less than a month, and I already find this maintenance team useless. I have lived in many apartments, and have never seen a worst maintenance team till date.

The pool is not available, the gym is only opened during leasing office hours.
I wanted to get a carport, they told me that it was not a problem. At the end, they said that there were not available carports at Heritage.
In the web page, my apartment was listed as a plank wood flooring apartment, instead the apartment has an old brown carpet. The apartments need to be upgraded.

Latest update as of 07/31:
I finally moved out. The A/C in my apartment was leaking and that caused some serious mold formation. Please see attached images. I was forced to live in this mold infested apartment because the management was not bothered about working on the maintenance requests (submitted repeatedly).
I have sent the same pictures to management as well. As always, I have not received any response for even acknowledging it.
If you’re concerned about your health and safety, stay away from this place.
