For your convenience, printable floor plans are available in PDF format and can be found on each floor plan card after selecting the desired apartment size. Any unit denoted as "ADA" is compliant to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and may offer features different from other apartment homes within the community.

We have partnered with ePremium Insurance to provide peace of mind. The 24-Hour Maintenance Response Guarantee only applies to routine interior repair items. If a service associate does not respond within 24-hours of a request, the resident will receive a rent credit each day or portion of a day that exceeds the guarantee period.

I moved here in 2017, when it was an upscale complex. I now see a declining quality throughout the years. It will end up look like 30th projects if it keep going this route. Plus the annoying landscapers come by every single morning waking me up with their loud lawnmower equipment and it is starting to be considered public disturbance.

I just moved in 3 months ago, but none of the issues that I have with my apartment has been resolved. I wasn’t even able to get access to my mailbox up until two months after the start of my lease. Even with speaking to multiple agents on my issues, no one has contacted me back or came to my apartment to fix anything. For the price they’re charging for a standard sized one bedroom, i shouldn’t have any issues. Especially things that can affect me and my pets’ health. Disgusting.

Poor upkeep and overpriced. The pool has been closed for 3 years. They made an unnecessary dog park that no one uses. And they are currently kicking everyone out who had lived here for years.

New management maintenance lazy. they’ve been came to my residence several times to fix the shower and only made it worse. DON’T MOVE HERE MOVE TO BEDFORD PLACE OR BEDFORD GREEN.

It was nice up until my last couple of months in the lease. I had someone trying to come into my apartment while me and my daughter still home and I had to call the police because they weren’t answering. The very next day a notice was sent out that there were unknown solicitors at the apartments.
The driveways were so icy I was scared to walk on them especially with my daughter who’s a baby. Then one time it snowed so bad that the car ports caved in. They weren’t fixed until two months later.

So unprofessional. Dawn is the WORSE property manager I have ever dealt with. She is very rude, she lies and makes up things. Don't move here, please. Move across the street or to another apartment complex. They overcharge you and they don't care to help you get problems fixed. Maintenance is lazy and they don't clean our buildings the way that they should. It was much better with the old management company, they made sure things ran as smoothly as possible. But, not the new management. I cant express how unsatisfied I am with them. When you walk in the workers are completely clueless and rude

Since the new management has taken over they seem to no longer care about the quality of people who move in nor do they care about what the property looks like if you can’t see it from the street. The maintenance orders that go in are mostly ignored and checked off as completed in their system. I have been freezing in my apartment due to the draft of air coming through the air conditioner. I have asked since December 3; 2020 to cover it with plastic from the outside and on December 4th it was marked completed. I called the office and put in another request. The 3rd time I put in ANOTHER request

I love my new place! It's so quiet and comfortable; usually its hard for me to get rest in unfamiliar places. However, I slept like a baby the first night!
Becky in the leasing office made this a great transition experience and I am glad I made the choice to move into this community.

DONT MOVE HERE!!! This place is a slum ... ran by slumlords..... theyre mice infested ... (apartments and townhouses) then to add insult tp injury when you call and complain they send someone out to put dollar store glue mousetraps all over your house .. no one looks for holes used as points of entry and seals them up nope they just slap these huge gluetraps all over your house so that anyone who walks through your door immediately sees that you have a rodent problem... the front office staff is condencending unprofessional rude and incompentent everytime you and someone different answers they
