The lady that works in the management office name tia is very unprofessional. She say things and change her words and do other wise . She will not pick up to your number if she recognize it. If she knows you are calling for a apartment or trying to get a update on paper work she will ignore you . I do not recommend her doing anyone paper work !

Been stuck here for much longer than I ever planned. It's not been a very good, easy, or enjoyable experience. Can't have yard toys for kids and the yard is often overgrown and you aren't able to use kiddie pools or anything that requires a hose. There is no storage space and the rules and regulations alone are enough to be a full time job to comply with all of them. I am glad to have a place of my own for me and my two kids, but if not for the kids, I'd rather live in my car.

Tenants have no respect for other privately owned buildings in the surrounding area. There is alot of vandalism from these tenants, the manager does nothing about the complaints she recieves from other landlords or their tenants. There is a lot of drug activity, noise and loud music from these tenants after hours and on weekends which the manager does nothing about. Basically the state and city allowed people who need state subsidy reside among people who work hard for a living. There are a lot of people that need help and work hard in these buildings but there are plenty more that live off the
