Dr. Journell is seriously the best. She kept our baby bear happy and strong for two years after he was diagnosed with heart failure. She understood what was right for him and what was to much for his body to handle. My husband and I love all the staff as well, always friendly and understanding. My regular vet was out of town when my little guy woke up sick. I called everywhere trying to get an appointment with no luck . Then Animal Hospital of Lewisville was next on my list and thank God they gave us a same day appointment. The vet there is so nice and informative. The techs are the best I've seen in a long time. I can't think them… enough for saving my baby. I was so impressed with them I have decided to make them our forever Veterinary Hospital. My vet is always out or you can't get an appointment I feel we won't have that problem here. And my little man was so happy with them

We were New Patients and I am very impressed with all of the Staff. Dr. Journell explains everything to you concerning your pet and she really takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. You can honestly hear the caring and compassion in her voice.
If you need a new Vet, I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Lewisville! I feel fortunate and relieved that I now have the best care for my 2 dogs, who are both Seniors.

Great Experience, the Veterinarian we have used for over 7 years refused to see our Fur Buddy without and appointment. When can I get and appointment? Ten day's from now. You don't have a clinic for sick patients? No you can call around. I took him to Carolina Veterinarian Services, the 24 hour clinic that night and they suggested Lewisville Animal Hospital. OI called the next day and explained my situation and had a 11:20 appointment that day! The staff and doctor were GREAT and took super care of our beloved Snowball. Now we have a new Veterinarian.

Changed from a larger veterinarian practice in the area to Animal Hospital of Lewisville and it’s the best decision I could have made for our 3 dogs! The staff and doctors are so kind, and will work you in for urgent needs. They are organized and provide excellent veterinary care AND they have called both times it was a problem visit to check on my dogs. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to Animal Hospital of Lewisville. I was extremely happy with the whole experience. Every single person I had the pleasure of speaking with, including the Vet herself was so very sweet and friendly and happy. They were so good with my furbaby. They have a client for life in me. I will be transferring my other furbabies here in the very near future.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They are my regular vet, but I have had to bring my sweet baby in for two emergency appointments as well. They got me in both times the day I called. They care so much about my dog and every other pet that comes through the door. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are also very flexible with scheduling.

Recently moved the care of our 3 dogs to this vet and are extremely pleased. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient. I spent almost no time waiting. Their curbside process is seamless, although I will be very happy when they start allowing clients back in the building. Highly recommend!
