Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.

Dr. Wilkins, Amy and the staff are all very knowledgeable, professional, and just as important, very warm and friendly to deal with. We have been going to Pilot Mtn Animal Hos. now for 8 yrs and have always been impressed with the care they give our pets. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful place to take your pets for sick or well visits. Front desk staff, veterinary assistant, other staff and Veterinarian Cory were all very professional, extremely nice and so caring. Facility was extremely clean. My doberman was shown lots of love and care while at her visit and I didn’t feel nervous leaving for her in-depth exam needed. Cory and Teresa thanks for everything and explaining her diagnosis in depth!

We recently moved to Pinnacle and we were nervous to begin our search for a new vet for our three babies. We took our youngest today for her last round of puppy shots. Pilot Mountain Animal Hospital went above and beyond our expectations. The doctor and his staff took time to educate us and everyone was more than happy to answer any questions we had. They even gave us a book documenting our puppy's first visit which included a picture from her visit today.

My wife and I have utilized Pilot Mountain Animal Hospital for over 13 years, my parents for over 18, and my in-laws did for over 15. We have built a great relationship with Dr. Wilkins (Cory) and staff over the years. Even after moving 40 minutes away, we have still chosen to remain with the practice.
Can you find cheaper service? Probably. Can you find more expensive service? Oh yes. However, having a vet you can trust with your family members, receive top quality care, and receive advice is priceless!
