Terrible terrible terrible!!!! Was told I was going to receive a refund in 2 weeks and now they are saying it will be 60 days! No response to phone calls or emails. I literally drove 30 minutes to speak to the gal that helped us and she couldn't do a thing. I definitely would never recommend this place and if there was a zero star that is what I would select!

The maintenance staff I would give a 10. The office staff is not trained and still a work in progress. There’s been turnover in the last 6 months and that hasn’t helped either. The property has changed hands and the new owners have raised the rent. Josh and Edgar are easy to deal with it and very pleasant when assisting you on the property. Both guys work tirelessly outside the office when the office staff keeps the door locked, doesn’t answer the phone, only wants to answer emails, and is rude pretty much most of the time to the ones that have already rented. My experience has not been good

This place is amazing.I just moved here from out of state the staff here is like no other I have come across. They're great. The place is well kept/maintained. All issues reported to Maintenance are handled promptly. I recommend The Reserve Nocatee to anybody that wants to have a luxurious experience.

Just had my first experience with the maintenance process. The online form made it a super easy. Edgar and Joshua from RangeWater were prompt, knowledgeable, and very informative about the property! They fixed my maintenance issue, answered all my questions, and were courteous. We absolutely love it here!

Don’t rent here if you enjoy any peace and quiet. We have neighbors who run, stomp or do something that sounds like a cattle stampede starting as early as 6:00 am most days, sometimes the noise doesn’t stop for hours on end, especially on Saturday and Sunday...even as loud as to shake the light fixtures, we have been awakened by them every single day since moving in, I spoke with the manager about it thinking that surely it was just these tenants bring extremely loud but she said that’s just how it is here, that’s apartment life...So just a warning you will hear every sound from your neighbors
