I only stayed here for a few days as an Airbnb and so I can't comment on the full time resident experience. The apartment was new and modern which is always a good thing. The living room is very bright and the bedroom doesn't have windows which is okay but it has an opening at the top of the wall to let in some light from the living room windows.
I liked having the patio on the back and they have lots of ameneties such as a pool, grill area, putting geen and probably others I didn't see.
On the downside, there's some noise as you'd expect from the upstairs neighbor walking

I'm updating my review from a 3 to a 5 at my own accord because my experience living at Fusion has significantly improved. The property manager and employees received similar complaints like my first review from other tenants. They acknowledged that it wasn't okay and immediately fixed it. I haven't had any issues with loud Airbnb guests and trash in common areas and the garage since. They still don't have to disclose that some of the units are Airbnb but I can say that it's now running smoothly. Also, the maintenance crew are amazing, we have weekly free events like yoga

With my husband job we short term stay in ALOT of apartments all around the country! Fusion has by far been my favorite! Not only are the apartments beautiful but I love that you guys have fun events (almost every week) for the people that live there! It makes it feel like a community! I hope we get to stay with you guys again in the future!

Had/having a terrible experience with this apartment. I am active duty military stationed overseas while my wife is in nursing school. She moved there when they first opened up, staying on the 4th floor. While staying there on the 4th floor within that first month, she had a rat problem, which was understandable due to them still building. After that incident, they moved her to the 3rd floor, where she could hear the inconsiderate neighbors that stays above her. I talked to the front office nothing has been done. A resident here for 8 months and have enjoyed living here thus far. The leasing staff are very professional and friendly. Maintenance effectively takes care of any requests submitted. The amenities are awesome, so many things to enjoy here. I live on on the 4th floor and it's very quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. My only complaints is that the walls near the elevator and hallways near units 2422 - 2452 on the 4th floor are looking really shabby.. I like the gym and the parking garage with the Florida weather , the front desk office staff are nice! Besides that I'm glad my lease is coming to an end! This property is not worth the price, too many units during my time here were leased as airbnb, and people that rented them did not know how to behave at the slightest! No common area etiquette. You pay for parking in the garage , but many don't and just use their guest access code to get in. Nonetheless did not enjoy my years lease here since it felt like a hotel and not a home !

This is a beautiful building with lots of amenities but I live on the first floor and I can literally hear every single footstep my upstairs neighbor makes. I can hear if they are walking from the kitchen to the living room, I can hear when they pull out a chair or when they vacuum. I have lived in a lot of apartments and I've never been able to hear footsteps. Of course apartment life means you'll naturally have to deal with loud TVs or music, even sometimes a pet barking, that's definitely to be expected when in close quarters with others but clearly hearing your neighbor's every move is an annoying

I’ve been living at fusion for the past two months and just had to get assistance from the front desk for the first time. Mallory was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved. Outside of the staff, the property is clean, the amenities are amazing, and the location is central. Highly recommend!

Very thoughtful layout and design to accommodate the remote workforce and a healthy life style. Aside from the beautiful building and amenities the staff, especially Cameron in the leasing office are great. They have a difficult job dealing with all the personalities of the residents and issues that do arise. Cameron has dealt with every question, comment and issue with a smile. Cameron is helpful and a pleasure to have here at Fusion. I have always found each of the office staff, Jordan, Dickie Camryn and Mallory to be helpful and pleasant. They make living here a great experience!

Love living at Fusion so far and I recommend it to anyone who wants a new modern style apartment with lots of amenities. The gym is great, I don't need a membership any more, and the pool is awesome. The staff has been great and attentive to anything I need. Tyler was my leasing agent and did a good job, Amanda and Sonnya were there to assist as well if I needed anything while Tyler wasn't working. Alicia is the property manager and has been open and helpful to assist any issues that arise which certainly helps moving somewhere new.
