Great place to live!
The property manager (Jeni) and the facility manager (Scott) are fantastic!

I have called Summerlinn Apartment Homes my home for over 1.5 years now and I love it here. I feel safe and comfortable, and the units are lovely and well maintained.
I appreciate how quickly the maintenance person gets back to me when I have a repair. The management team is always there to answer questions and is very kind.
The pool, hot tub, and gym area are clean and very pleasant to use.
I was referred here by a friend and I have recommended this place to many people.
Happy to call Summerlinn home.

Jenifer Denney is awesome she is so attentive to resistance i love the community and maintenance is always on time Scott Jackson will contact you and fix issue with in 24rs . Jennifer works so hard to make sure residence are taken care of she goes above and beyond every day most days staying late. Love where i live. =)

We love living here. The manager Jamie Denney is awesome and super easy to work with. She assisted us moving additional family members into our community and made every request we had a top priority. The maintenance staff are on top of their game, absolutely recommend this place.

I've lived at Summerlinn for 2 years and the good points is that I was in an end unit above my garage and the neighbor's garage, I had an extra long garage with a storage closet (rare) and only shared 1 wall with neighbors (the kitchen and bathroom walls). We barely heard or neighbors, I loved how one wall was all windows (dining room, living room & bedroom) so it was very nice to see outside and that I did not look at other apartments. My experience with the management office was great. Jeni was always helpful whether on the phone or in person.
The only 2 downfalls that I have is that our water

I was looking for a 1-level 2 or 3-bedroom apartment for my parents. While it didn't work out for my parents, Jeni, in the marketing department, was very helpful, understanding and accommodating as I navigated all the possibilities. Beautiful location. Thank you Jeni!

Welcoming, safe, beautiful grounds and really well taken care of amenities. I enjoy using the gym and pool. Friendly management that adds to the positive overall experience of living here. I’ve encouraged my friends to move here as well.

Managed by FPI Management, quite possibly one of the least competent companies I've ever encountered in all my years. Awful customer service. Left messages for almost 2 months about several issues before receiving a callback. In my opinion, they are nothing but a money hungry and energy consuming complex that could care less about your residential experience. Trust me, YOU DON'T WANT TO MOVE HERE; Regardless of how lavish the units may be. Find a place that will care about you as a resident.

The community is beautiful, and from the outside these apartments look fantastic. The landscaping is gorgeous, especially in the spring and summer. Once actually living in the apartment, the units totally disappoint. The walls are thinner than any other place I've ever lived. You can hear every little thing in all of your neighbors' apartments. There's no sense of peace or privacy because of this. We had a barky dog on one side of us, and constant loud music on the other, and even after reaching out to management, no concern or genuine care was displayed whatsoever. Management overall was cold

Great place to live. I just moved here from Texas and did a lot of online research. Im glad I chose summerlinn. The unit was exactly as described to me and the girls in the office have been very helpful. The pool area is really nice. So happy to have found this place.

I have been a resident of Summerlinn for over five years, and feel very blessed to have such a beautiful home, along with a new found family. Lisa and Mike have always been there for me no matter what the need. I love the grounds, which are always very well kept. My grandkids love the pool in the summertime, and the clubhouse has served my family for many holidays (Easter and Thanksgiving). It is spacious for a large family, and Lisa always has it decorated beautifully. I also use the fully equipped exercise room daily. I plan on enjoying this aspect of my life until the time comes for me to go
