Center Plaza Apartments

I used to love living here. But the new manager has completely ruined this place. Utilities being charged 3 months after the date listed on the bill, no response from the office if you have questions about why.
I recieved a bill saying it was due September 7th, in my email on September 8th.
I'd suggest renting elsewhere if you have a choice.

Everything thing about this place is just..... AMAZING my cousin lives here and it is great like I'm not joking it's so good

I've lived here my whole life, and its not that great. The bathroom had like small black worms and moths. The carpet was stained, the people were crazy. So just don't move there.

Old and poorly maintained. Don't believe any of the posted hours for either the laundry rooms or the office, as it will not be open until 1-2 hours later, and will likely close early. Office staff uncommunicative and unwilling help, require multiple calls/visits before they do what they said they would on the first trip. The maintenance staff is decent, which is good because they will be in and out of your apartment frequently, fixing problems that you didn't even know where there until something went catastrophically wrong, such as a giant leak under your bathroom that required the floor being

Stopped by a leasing office to inquire about . renting. "Opened" at 9 am I waited 30 minutes past open and still no leasing agent is present. No sign on the door no information. Call the corporate office and I'm forwarded to the portfolio manager of the property. And that just sends me to his voice mail. Why should I rent from a company showing such incompitancy towards a potential customer.

Location. Only thing going for it. Even though it’s a 1 minute walk from transit center they can’t be bothered to give tenants access through the fences so it’s actually a 10 minute walk.

Okay. I just moved 3,200+ miles from Florida. Arrived here on June 4th. Within 48 hours one of my tires had been slashed. Bad start, right?
On more than one occasion solar lamps around my small porch have been broken. There are HORDES of unmonitored kids that run amok from 10am till 10pm! I am in a ground-floor unit and it sounds like a damned zoo in the unit above me. AT MIDNIGHT!
NOW, not 30 minutes ago, I discover that someone stole one of my large wicker chairs from my small porch and placed it next to the dumpster, where I recovered

I've been here about two years and for the most part I've enjoyed it.
The rent increases are a pain but it happens everywhere so I'm not sure what people expect.
I do wish the areas outside the apartment looked nicer. The parking lots are really grimey and sometimes you can see a lot of graffiti. I'm not sure how much of that is under their control, though.
On the flip side the courtyard always looks stunning. I've always had good communications from the office people and any time I've needed something fixed it was done quickly and efficiently.

Hi there my name is Ridha Ahmed first of all this the first time for me here in Center Plaza and it is the baddest try I have ever had in my life they hurt me more than helping me they made my history one of the black list people because of stupid things that they did not even make sure if its was right or wrong they are mean. I am an international student and I do not really understand everything,so Center Plaza apartments take this chance to have an income for the community and it is really bad old apartments and there are a lot of insects inside the apartment and I have talked to them many times

Our car was taking because we let someone park in our spot with the sticker and we park in the visitors, with no number and they told 484 was taken when its in fron of us where we live and they towed my car because it was in a visitors parking space. this company is wrong for doing that to me and i have pictures to prove the case.
you guys lied and betrayed the people that pay rent and live here and all they want is to visit there friends and cause no harm.
