I LOVED living here, ( been 1 and half years) every morning stepping out almost felt like a village fantasy I would still be here if my partner didn't ditch me. I couldn't bear the fact that I tried so hard to make it a home and nothing good ever stuck. Otherwise I would have loved to have stayed! The indoor pool is immaculate, and the gym is the perfect size. This apartment community has everything you could hope for and where it is located tucked into the tress you almost never hear the city around you over all the birds out there and it being right down the street from a park was a dream come

A great place to live! Management is kind and hardworking, neighbors are amazing and courteous! The complex is so conveniently located I almost never have to drive anywhere! Also, I really do appreciate how cautious the staff is being regarding covid. They aren't rushing anything and it's keeping people from getting sick!

We couldn't recommend this complex enough. There were several apartments we looked around in the area and we are so glad we ended up choosing Canyon Park. Setting up a tour during this time was simple and thanks to the help of the leasing office, got to move in a timely manner. We moved into our unit sight unseen, but everything was better than we could imagine. For the price and location of the community, we couldn't be happier to be here.

We have lived here for the last 1.5 years and have had an amazing experience. The office has been kind supportive end responsive from the beginning. They take good care of the property and don’t let things get far out of order before replacing or updating. Many times they have proactively fixed, repainted or replaced something before it even became a problem. Maintenance has been prompt (often same day fixes) professional good at following up. Our little home is quiet, comfortable and we have lots of friendly neighbors!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the management team has been super responsive to any issue. Most recent action I was really impressed with was how quickly they responded to a theft that happened to my car. As violated as I felt, because they took swift action I feel that someone actually cares about me.

NOT a safe place to live!!! I almost Died being POISONED many times. The person/s involved is an Expert with Locks & Cameras. Mngt. esp. NW Regional Manager for GREYSTAR Crudely repeated 3 times "No one has been in your apt."
I have not been able to use my Refrigerator or Sleep in my bed for MONTHS. The perpetrators use Very TOXIC substances that does NOT go away & POISONS Everything. It is very TELLING when my mail box has been tampered with (ONLY Canyon Park Apt. Staff has the Other mail box key other than myself).

Lived here for 2 years. Upon moving in, we noticed a few problems (duct tape holding our door frame together and paint used as glue to hold our electric panel), but it felt safe.
After the first year, they raised our rent quite a bit. A friend applied to the apartments about a month after our rent was jacked up. They offered the original price we paid to our friends. A year late, they tried raising the price again for us, while still advertising that original price that we paid.

My roommate and I have been living here for a while, and it's wonderful. It's always nice and clean, they try to get the community together once a month, and Justine (I think that's how her name is spelled) is the sweetest person in the world. Anytime we have any questions or problems, they see to it that it's fixed as quick as possible. Hopefully we will get to stay here for a while.

I enjoyed living here. The people living in my building were quiet and there was plenty of parking so I could always get a spot right in front of my apartment. The only really negative things I have to say is that compared to other places I have lived, we had to call for maintenance quite a few times. Our dishwasher was broken when we moved in and shortly after, the bathroom sink started to leak. We were told that it looked like it had been fixed before and was repaired with glue and that's why it was leaking. Also, due to how all of the building are numbered, whenever we ordered take out

We have lived here for over four years and would recommend Canyon Park Apartments to anyone who is looking for a well maintained apartment and complex. The maintenance team is outstanding . The past four times we have called for repairs, a professional and courteous technician has arrived within minutes of our call. The issues are fixed immediately. Today for example, my husband called about a heating issue. It is Sunday and not only did a maintenance technician arrive within minutes of the call, when he assessed the issue he contacted an electrician who fixed it within an hour. We have a toasty

I lived here for just under 2 years. It was not a good place to live. The neighbors are rude, the management is rude and disorganized, and they up-charge you at every turn with random fees. They also seem to shut the water off every couple weeks.
The worst part is that I never felt totally safe here as the neighborhood is not great. Google the arson problem there was a few years ago. A large number of cars were burned in one of the parking lots. I did not know this when I moved in and found out from one of the neighbors. The news articles about it are still easy to find. There was also a murder

I'm a current resident here at Canyon Park, my experience with them had been absolutely horrible. I recommend that you do not rent from them. Problems that I have occurred while living here are as follows: they have emergency water shut offs at least every month, you will hear the intercom system from the auto repair store next door at all hours, there is dog feces everywhere, there's no overhead light in the bedrooms, you can easily see in to your neighbors, the maintenance crew drives around extremely fast on their golf carts and have no regards for the residence, the workers at the

For the record, I always think it's bogus when people review an apartment complex based on some sort of personal friction they had in their dealings with leasing, rather than based on their actual time living there. That said, I may as well balance it out:

The day before I moved out the drain in the floor where the water heater is started flooding with human waste because of the people upstairs flushing something they should not have. So the carpets had human waste in them and the sinks and bath tub backed up as well, and they are charging us with a full carpet replacement exceed $1,000. Maintenance order was never fixed on a baseball size hole in the wall where the towel rack goes in the bathroom, and no one would do a walk through with us when we moved in to verify the previous damage, carpets were a disaster when we moved in as well.
