My husband and I rented a room from someone here and they never paid their fair share of the rent we ended up getting her to remove us from the lease... we went to the office and sat down with the managers and signed all the legal documents to get us off the lease.... it’s been almost two years later and they never sent in updated paperwork to the real estate company that owns the building and now we are being charged over 5k even though we have legal documents stating we would not be held financially liable for what happens to the unit after moving out. This could be an enjoyable place to live short-term or long-term, its basic and suitable but depending upon where your unit is located, it could be unbearable if you have a neighbor who uses their patio as a platform to loudly ramble on non-stop about nothing at all outside of the noise ordinance hours as well as smoke on their patio which is disturbing when you're a non-smoker and the complex is a non-smoking property. It's unfortunate when your patios are on the same side of the building or there wouldn't be much to complain about even the sound of the max trains going by aren't a bother. You

I have lived here for over two years. This is only my second apartment being on my own so I didn’t expect much but my rent jumped from $995 to $1075 wsg included in those two years(for a one bedroom that isn’t even one of their remodeled units, the nicer units have wood floors and grey countertops my walls were “almond”(bright yellow) when I moved in) management was nice enough to provide 5gallons of the new grey paint so I wouldn’t have to live with the yellow for another year but I had to pay an outside contractor to paint it. The location is great! The management is new and much more responsive than the last. They’re upgrading the exteriors and remodeling all the new units. My fridge started to leak water. They replaced it with a brand new fridge in a day! In a day! River (the manager) is super sweet. And as I said the maintenance manager is on top of things. Highly recommend living here. I’ve been here for over three years.
